This cozy apartment is located on the Commercial St in the quiet west end of Provincetown, yet just steps from amazing shops and restaurants - next to Joon bar and Pop + Dutch, 2 blocks away from the Boatslip Resort and Joe's Coffee. Right across the street from the access to the town beach.
The living room has the stunning view all around. Wake up to the stunning ocean view, look out to the beautiful sunset to the west, and the monument to the east.
This apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, all new furniture and a great entertainment center with soundbar.
This is a great cozy place to enjoy your Provincetown trip.

ATTENTION:

The parking spot at this property is not big enough to fit a big SUV (e.g. 3-row SUV) or a pick-up truck. Please don't book if you have large vehicles.

Fantastic Stay In PTown
This unit is really nice, comfortable, relaxing & homey. The view from all around is great, amazing view of Provincetown Bay / Ocean, view of the Pilgrim Monument & of Commercial Street (great for people watching). So convenient to all the sights & entertainment. We loved our stay here.

This was a perfect setup, close enough to town to walk a few times a day , area was quiet and the view was amazing . The host was super nice , and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay ! Look forward to staying again !!

Jian’s place is a very very cute 1 bedroom close to the center of town, restaurants, shops, gym, etc. the view of the bay is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. An incredible 180 view of the water and everything you could need. Wonderful location close enough to all the fun but on the quieter side of Commercial Street. we will be back!

Really nice stay Provincetown!
We loved our stay in Provincetown. This property was perfect for two! Sunny and bright apartment looking down on Commercial Street and out to the water. Close to everything and we left the car parked all week using bikes and our feet.

Perfect stay in PTown
Great location and immaculately presented. Lots of space for two. Close to everything and everything you could need plus the most comfortable bed EVER!!!! You won’t be disappointed if driving make sure your car is small as advised by host there is a space but very small and tight. Highly recommended:)

This is such a beautiful place - the view is incredible and the apartment is decorated beautifully. It’s in an ideal location - on commercial and close to everything but removed enough to be quiet. The neighbors are so friendly. Will def plan to come back when I’m in Ptown next.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are incredible! The location is fantastic. Super comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Jian the owner was great & always responded quickly. The only thing I would request next time is some extra towels. It was a great find and stay. We would 100% book here again.

My wife and I loved the unit and would definitely look to return in the future. It is clean, bright, well decorated, quiet, with a beautiful view of the ocean from the living rooms windows and in an incredibly convenient location. The owner was very available and friendly for the few communications we had. As my title says, it was just perfect….

Cozy beach condo w/ a great view
Our stay was nothing short of excellent. The place is cute, clean and has everything needed for an extended stay. The location is prime not too far from anything but also not in the middle of all the ruckus in town. It’s on the 3rd floor so the view of the bay was stunning. Jian was the best host, anytime we needed something he responded promptly and made sure we were set. wry friendly also. Check in process was seamless and easy. 100% recommend this listing.

perfect for a couple
Super cute apartment right on Commercial St in the West End. This stretch of the street is close to everything but quieter than closer to the center of town. We loved the third floor attic apartment. Perfect size for a couple. From the living room we had a beautiful view towards the water. The simple kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of natural light everywhere. We’ll be back!

Perfect Apartment on Commercial Street
My husband and I stayed in Jian & Josh's place during Carnival Week which produces a lot of people and (quite frankly) noise from excitement. This upper attic apartment was perfect! Jian & Josh were some of the best and most accommodating hosts that we have ever experienced with Vrbo or any other similar booking sites. For example, we had an issue with the coffee machine not working and they took time to replace it during our stay. Their place was phenomenal and exactly as pictured. It truly felt like a "home away from home." We will certainly return to Jian & Josh's place. There truly isn't a better condo on Commercial Street!

This property was very comfortable and welcoming. The location was amazing. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was tight, but we were able to park a mid sized SUV with some maneuvering. The neighbors were quiet, and we rarely saw them. We were able to easily ride our bikes to the grocery store and laundromat. The air conditioning worked great. The host replied very quickly, and also gave us great advice on where to go and what to do. The unit was perfect for our 5 day vacation. We were welcomed with some treats, we were able to settle in quickly, and start our vacation. The kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t go out. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anybody that’s visiting the area.

Best place we have stayed in Ptown
We come to Ptown twice a year, and have for years. This is hands down the best place we have stayed. The loft, as we called it, is beautiful. It is simply and tastefully decorated. It is ergonomically smart. It was so nice to have a bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a roomy closet, and set of drawers to put our clothes in (a harder and harder thing to find in Ptown), a kitchenette, and beautiful roomy living room with a large L shaped sofa that we could be on, reading, etc. The only issue was that the sofas seemed they needed vacuuming when we got there, in order for us to enjoy sitting on them. We contacted Jian and he responded right away, and had his person there the next morning, vacuuming and making it right. Jian is very responsive and communicative in general. We can't say enough about this place. Hope to be back very soon.

Ptown getaway
My husband and I arrived Labor Day Monday and stayed four nights. From the initial reservation to our departure, everything was easy. The unit itself is perfect for two people. Nicely furnished and well equipped. And although there is limited outdoor space, the views and breezes from the third floor are lovely.
