Spectacular and quiet condominium in sought-after waterfront Bull Ring Wharf community. Completely renovated studio with free parking and Wi-Fi included, all in the heart of Provincetown.

On Commercial Street, yet set back just enough. Water views from living area and steps from large, luxurious beachfront decks. Renovations include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, full-size appliances, and craft-made cabinets. The unit also features: a bathroom with imported Italian marble throughout, a step-in shower; custom built-ins, and recessed lighting.

Beautifully decorated with plush queen bed, high-end linens/towels, and super comfortable down pillows (down-alternative pillows also provided). Also in the unit: a new, large-screen TV (with HBO subscription), and a host of books and DVDs.

On the community's two large beachfront decks you will find tables, lounge chairs, umbrellas and grills, all for your use and enjoyment. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee, watching the sunset over the water, or laying out in the sun and taking some time to yourself - to do absolutely nothing.

Rent includes WiFi and on-site parking for 1 car (sedans and small SUVs only). Also included are beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, sand-grabber, cooler and ice packs.

Please Note: As with all things in Ptown, space is at a premium, so the on-site parking space will only accommodate a sedan or small SUV. Guests planning to travel with larger vehicles -- including full-size SUVs and all pick-up trucks -- will need to make arrangements to park elsewhere, and I'm happy to share those options with you.

As we prepare for another great season in Ptown, we’d like to tell you what actions we’re taking to provide you with a clean and sanitary rental.

We’re using EPA recommended cleaning/disinfecting products, according to CDC guidelines.

Our professional cleaners are wearing masks and gloves for everyone’s protection.

The unit is being pre-cleaned, the cleaning agents are being left on the surfaces, per CDC guidelines, to penetrate before being wiped away. The unit is being ventilated each cleaning and the pillows, bed pad and coverlet are being replaced with new, fresh, disinfected ones after each visit. Likewise, the sheets and towels are being thoroughly washed in very hot water, consistent with CDC guidance.

Wonderful getaway
Very inviting, comfortable condo with a fabulous bed and great decor. Yes, it’s small, but the space was used wisely and efficiently, and the condo had everything we could possibly need. Communications with Alan were easy and quick. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at “Seas the Day”! The location was unbeatable, so close to everything on Commercial St and right on the water. The decor was so cute and beachy, comfy bed, a nice space for a couple to share. My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay and Alan was so welcoming!

First time to P-town
I came up to explore P-town before things get busy for the season. What a perfect location for a newbie. I parked my car on arrival and didn’t have to move it until it was time to leave. Space was just as described and plenty large for one person. Every amenity you might need is thoughtfully available. A fantastic escape

Great Time in Provincetown

A perfect location for quick and easy access to almost any downtown establishment, not to mention the beautiful beachfront view just outside the front door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to book it again next year.

We are just leaving the condo we had the pleasure of staying in for a few days and will definitely be back next year. We were very excited when we opened the door and saw the unit it was very homey and about a minute walk to the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable, anything we needed was available from beach chairs & umbrella, towels, blankets, all kitchen spices etc teas coffees bathroom supplies and so much more. There are two decks that are available with tables, chairs & grills. The condo comes with a parking space and once we arrived we never moved the car until we left. You can walk to so many restaurants, shops, entertainment & more. The best part is the owner Alan he is extremely accommodating and there to help if needed. We will definitely be back next year hopefully for a month. Enjoy!! Thanks Alan for everything.

We had an amazing time! The location was awesome. My husband swam in the beach front every day! We rented bicycles and biked out to the ocean side beaches through the dunes !!!! A MUST!!!! If you can please consider, it was the highlight of the weekend! We had dinner at Sals place and Ciroa and Sals…. Two of the most highly recommended restaurants by locals! Five stars all around! Thanks so much

Wonderful Stay in PTown !
For our 2nd visit in Provincetown, we rent this place because we knew where in the town we wanted to stay. Alan's place was located at the best location possible, really clean, and much more cosy than any hotel room I rented this year. Despite the small footprint (as usual for most Provincetown appartments), the appartment had everything we could ever need for a stay (especially in the kitchen !) Small details around the appartment made the difference between a good and a really great stay (dimmers everywhere, charging station etc.) I will definitely strongly consider going back to the same place soon, thank you Alan ! :-)

Definitely Seas the Day!!
This is my favorite part of Commercial Street, and this condo is amazing! Most important: it is super clean. Also, it felt like coming home in many ways. The premium toilet paper(!) and plush towels, appliances, spices and condiments, hangers in the closet, large drawers, modern blinds, and so many details added up to an enjoyable stay. The decor is cheerful, and it felt like every single thing in the place was chosen thoughtfully. The dedicated parking space is like gold in Ptown. I was given thorough check-in and check-out instructions, wifi and garbage info. Keyless entry was easy and convenient. I worked remote the entire week, and I never had any wifi glitches - just an incredibly beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay from my kitchen table. I can't say enough good about this place. The owner so clearly loves their condo and strives to provide a lovely experience. I just loved this slice of Heaven and valued my time there!

Property was beautiful and well-appointed and the location was terrific and parking came with the unit. Alan the host initially was great and even allowed an early check in. However, the unit was listed as a one bedroom in several spots on the site, and though when you get into the long description it does say “studio”, it’s still very misleading. When I pointed this out to Alan, he just sent me the description and ignored the photos showing it said “one bedroom”. He then stopped communicating with us. On the last morning, at 8:45 am, (checkout was 10am) a “security” person opened our unit’s door with a key- no knock on the door and started to enter our unit as we were getting dressed- I literally had to run over and block the door to keep him from coming in. He was horrified and apologized and said he was doing routine security checks. Totally understand and felt badly for him. But when I emailed Alan to also bring this up, no response. Not ok. I wanted to post interior photos so future bookers could see the actual size and that the “bedroom” is not separate and is indeed tightly packed into the rest of the unit. As long as you understand that, I think you’ll be happy here, as again, our issues were not with the quality of the place, how it was furnished and stocked which was very thoughtful. But it’s small and compact, and the photos don’t really show that. And when you think it’s a one bedroom, and the owner stops responding (we were polite, btw), it leaves a sour taste.

Doesn't get any better than this!
Second time staying at this little gem in Provincetown. As always, Alan thought of everything to help us Seas the Day as soon as we walked in. The condo was perfectly located in the center of PTown, we started each day before sunrise with coffee on the deck overlooking the harbor, discovered hidden corners of this wonderful town before anyone else was up and about and planned our day from there. After perfect days, ended with wine watching the sunset over the water from our deck, and cozied up in our temporary home, totally contented. Life doesn't get much better. Thank you Alan!
