"Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. I asked not to be disturbed the entire time i was there but i had housekeeping service while i was out. 😡 You could only watch few tv channels, the rest of the channels due to maybe loose or...

"Good staff. Everything was good except for the location which is a bit away from the main area of the Zermatt town."

"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. Was told that with Easter locksmith not available. Hopefully will be fixed for the next guest. Relatively quiet at night which is better for getting a good night sleep and still just a short...

"Everything was excellent except the way to get to the hotel you need to walk up a steep hill prior to getting to the hotel. It is a little difficult for older individuals. "

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms....

"From beginning to end, our stay at this charming flat was all that we had hoped for in Torino. Right on the palazzo, we felt embraced by local life and the culture of this wonderful city. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Our host was helpful and communicative and made us feel welcome from the get-go. I will absolutely stay here again if I am back in Torino."

"Positively beautiful views of the lake. You can not be fearful of driving very narrow and switchback roads to be rewarded by the view after. You MUST download the YouTube directions on picking up the key and accessing the garage or you will be lost!!! Finding the location for pickingup the key is a double challenge. "The apartment is like a 1970s time capsule! We were a bit shocked at first, but it is super clean and in great shape. There is a washer if you need it and a kitchen with everything you need. "Very old building, needs some renovation. Breakfast is good but very limited varieties compare to similar status hotels., Otherwise, the area is quite, safe, excellent staff, clean and nice rooms."

"This property is right next to the airport! We came the day before our early flight back to the US and it was perfect!! There’s a great bistro bar downstairs in the huge lobby with pizza, sandwiches, Italian food, kids food, great Italian dishes, etc. there’s also great beers, great wines, soft drinks, all kinds of other types of drinks to make your meals. At 4 am there was a bus every 15 minutes to take us to the terminal. The rooms were really good, super clean, the staff are all cool people. It’s great for individuals or families! It made getting to the airport super easy and stress free. If your flying in late, it’s a perfect place to rest up quick overnight, grab a bite and get ready for an amazing trip before you head to your first spots early the next day too!"

"The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived. My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here. Traveling to the city is better with the train to Milano Porta Garibaldi. When you are there you can pick the tram, metro or bus to your destination "
