"Amazing stay in Villa Gianlica ! The hotel is scrupulously clean and so quiet and peaceful. Our room was completely on its own with an amazing terrace overlooking the sea. Everywhere else around is so busy so the hotel is absolutely perfect to relax in. All the staff were so helpful, you feel that they are your friends. We had a problem with our car to the airport not turning up and Marika spent nearly 1.5 hours trying to get us a car to catch our flight, if it had not been for her we would have...

"Unbelievable!!!! Where to start… great communication with the host. They met us at the ferry and carried our bags to our room. The room was incredible as was the views. Large spacious, modern and very comfortable. The toiletries (Ferragamo) were a lovely bonus also. The breakfast served in your room was a highlight and delicious. Highly recommend - we didn’t want to leave!"

"Residenza Pansa was in a convenient location, but was hard to find; google maps has a hard time with steps and alley-ways that are prevalent in Amalfi. It would be helpful if walking directions were provided for guests to assist in finding the hotel from the ferry/bus area. The room and staff were great and the small out-door terrace was nice too. The down-side of this property is that it is located right above the main road in town, so it is quite noisy."

"Excellent location! Drop off is down the road as there is no place to stop in front of property. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Staff is personable and willing to assist in any way. Beds are very hard but otherwise nice, adequate rooms. "

"Only 20 minute walk from Amalfi. Beautiful design and 5 star service. Saw places that were more expensive and poorer design. Happy we found this place. If you are going Amalfi this place is definitely worth it. "

"Beautiful setting above the town. Rooms are modern, with balconies overlooking the town. Breakfast was outstanding, made to order. You can walk down to Minori, but we took the golf cart taxi back up. Great stay away from the hustle and bustle of other towns on the Amalfi Coast."

"Stayed at residence Zelzar for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The staff were great at answering our questions quickly, and helped us with a couple of issues we had (on our end, not at their fault). The views were fantastic, and we enjoyed going to bar royal for breakfast. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. To our surprise, they even upgraded us to a beautiful suite at no extra cost — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special! The suite was spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, with stunning views and all the amenities we could possibly need. Every interaction with the staff was warm and professional — they were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was recommending places to visit or making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, close to great restaurants and attractions, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Totally recommended, and we would definitely come back in a heartbeat! "

"Everything about this property was excellent, the location is right at the heart of Amalfi town, the bus station is right in front of the hotel, breakfast was included. The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress was a bit hard to sleep in. But overall the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. "

"In addition to being a beautiful person, Emanuella was fantastic in helping us as needed. Breathtaking views. Dinner was excellent (esp the steak) despite being a little pricey. Steps are tough upon arriving. Rec calling ahead to ask for assistance if hv learge luggage. When leaving, nice man will carry ur bags up the stairs so tip accordingly. Highly recommend. "
