"The place was advertised in Expedia as a B&B. Upon arrival, we were told that if we wanted breakfast, we had to pay extra. After inspection of the kitchen, we decided to breakfast elsewhere (a lonely Ikea flat plate, two soup plates, two refrigerators that had not been cleaned for a long while, no mosquito nets in the always open window, and a rather small table. "Staff was very friendly. Check-in was an easy process. The room had LOTS of closet space, but was a small room. Had an A/C unit that you can control. Neighborhood was about 30 min walk away from the Vatican museum and 1 hr from Colosseum. "
