"We were a family of 5 that traveled to visit our daughter who studying in Perugia. Nicola’s apartment is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, museums, sites and the mini metro. The apartment had everything we needed to cook meals, enjoy a morning coffee and a large room with which to spend time with family and friends. Nicola is an amazing and responsive host! "

"The Spello House was perfect for our family of five! So clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us and treated us like family! She stocked the pantry and fridge for us, recommended some amazing places for us to visit and eat at, and set up two excursions for us. She is the best host we have ever had at a rental and Spello House was our favorite place we stayed during our Italian adventures. We hope we get to come back someday!"
