"The property is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The views from the terrace of the surrounding mountains are superb, and the area is very quiet. We booked the "Cook at home" experience and I have to say it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The pool is well maintained and a good size, but could maybe benefit from some umbrellas/shade. Overall we had a fantastic week here and would definitely book again!"

"Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."

"The villa was located in a very peaceful location we stayed as a family group of 8 and overall had a great stay although there were positives and negatives. Positives Lovely pool, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor terrace. Negatives Not much in the local area without a long drive, not enough sun beds. The fourth bedroom is the lounge with no air con. Air con not working in main bedroom and the agent was unable to fix this so uncomfortable sleeping. We had a good holiday but would...

"Geräumiges Haus mit großer Terasse. Viel Platz für eine Familie. Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und renoviert. Großer offener Kamin für kältere regnerische Abende. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Gemütliche Betten in geräumigen Schlafzimmern. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Vi hade med oss barn och barnbarn, totalt 14 personer. Huset var perfekt för oss, storleken och trädgården med stor pool. Vi hade lite otur med vädret veckan vi hyrde så det var kallt och regnigt. Då märktes att att vi bodde uppe i bergen där det var mycket svalare än vid kusten. Mysig liten by, perfekt gångavstånd till liten matbutik, restauranger och barer."

"Het is een vrijstaand huis met een grote tuin die je in zijn geheel tot je beschikking hebt. Communicatie met de verhuurder was goed tijdens ons verblijf. Het huis is van binnen ruim en bied alles wat je nodig hebt. De douches vonden wij wel erg krap, en op sommige punten zijn er wel dingen aan vervanging toe, daar hebben we ons weleens aan gestoord omdat het erg kwetsbaar aanvoelde. Het is goed om te weten dat er een festivalterrein vlakbij in de buurt zit, in de eerste week dat wij daar...

"Der Norden der Toskana ist geprägt von alten Häusern aus dem 17ten Jahrhundert. Das Anwesen wirkt wie eine alte Burg, die liebevoll hergerichtet wurde. Das Anwesen ist weitläufig, so dass Kinder prima spielen können und auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett. Die Ausstattung ist landesgemäß spärlich und man sollte einen Kaffekocher mitbringen. Es gibt nur kleine Mokkakocher. Außerdem gilt es zu beachten, dass der Pool und der Whirlpool nur bis 20:00 Uhr...

"Il Nido offers wonderful views in a very private setting. It is a 12 minute drive to Fivizzano so you’ll want to plan your groceries for the stay. There are hiking trails accessible right at the entrance gate. The host is very accommodating. If want a peaceful and relaxing stay this is a great choice."
