"This hotel felt like a palace after being on the go for so long in hotels all over Italy. Usually I prefer authentic but sometimes you just need a good pamper. Room and bed/comfort was blissful. Breakfast second to none. Exquisite! My only drawback was the shower had no shelf or place to keep razor, bar soap, or anything else you need. Frustrating to keep out of shower. Staff was great when interacting. I’d go back just for the breakfast buffet. Wow."

"From the personalized greeting as we entered the property, to being welcomed as we parked. Every step of the reception process was exceptional and professional. Check-in was quick Rooms were outstanding The view is priceless The complementary shuttle between the hotel and downtown, whether you’re visiting the restaurant, or just spending time exploring.. the shuttle service was an unexpected bonus Every time we returned to our rooms, they had been reset cleaned and organized, as if we were arriving for the very first time Super professional staff, I am looking forward to the next visit already!"

"Lovely staff, fantastic breakfast selection, great location (just a couple of minutes to Bari Central station). Would recommend if you’re using Bari as base to explore more of Puglia. Approx. 25 min walk to Bari old town but that didn’t bother us & plus we wanted to be near the station. "
