"Great hotel with a helpful staff. Room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The only downside is the location is several kms outside the main city, so you'll need to drive in and park in order to explore the area."

"The reception staff where very efficient on checking us all in only took a few minutes, the room was very roomy with plenty of space, very informative as we had never been to Albacete before so they gave us lots of local information. A nice touch was having a coffee machine in the upper lounge which we obviously took advantage off. One thing no coffee/tea facilities in the rooms."

"If our room in this hotel is typical then they are in urgent need of attention. The bed was as hard as rock, half the motorised window blinds did not work (one was also ripped and another had hanging cables where the motor had been removed), the outer light-proof shutters were held open by wooden wedges. On the plus side the bar/restaurant is reasonably welcoming and the food was good."

"Cuidado que no todas las habitaciones son como las fotos. Nos tocó una vieja sin reformar con camas super duras e incómodas. Las paredes de papel. Dormimos fatal. El restaurante bueno y los empleados simpáticos."

"would have given this a 5 but it bugs me that a 4 Star hotel should at least provide tea / Coffee making facilities in the room and tissues in the bathroom. A bit of a false economy!"
