"We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Our 2 dogs loved the location for beautiful walks. We were there for Thanksgiving and brought a 14 pound turkey which we couldn't cook because there isn't an actual stove...that said we would plan differently and stay there again in a heartbeat! actual stove/oven "

"We also stayed in this house 2 years ago. We love the quiet location and the view is amazing. We never stayed on the Cape during off season before. It was nice to not have the usual crowds but we got there just before a lot of places were closing up for the season. The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed doing the jigsaw puzzles. Our only complaint is that the dirt road to the house is in bad shape. Fortunately we have an SUV."

"Very tidy 2 BR cottage with 10 minute walk to bay beach and right on a marsh. Great for bird watchers and beach walkers - at low tide you can walk all the way around Indian Neck to Wellfleet harbor and loop back to the cottage."

"Great and affordable place to stay in the off-season. No front desk and everything runs on key codes, but it was fine. Walls are a bit thin so bring your earplugs. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Took me a while to figure out how the heat system worked but I got it and was comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. I had a room with shared bath, which was clean and nice. I definitely stay here again, especially considering it was such a bargain in the middle of January!"
