The 18 Unit complex is nestled between the luxurious Grace Bay Club and Royal West Indies with amenities available at both. The complex is quiet and relaxing, not a bustling resort with an expansive beachfront and no competing for chairs! Condo leads out to pool deck/patio hot tub and gazebo complete with ocean view hammock. Convenient to groceries, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Phenomenal family vacation
This is our third Christmas on a Grace Bay. This was the best place we have stayed. The condo is clean, quiet and very well appointed. My husband and I, and our two adult children were very comfortable in this spacious condo. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Jing for being so helpful and for the Christmas cake!!

Perfect Condo on Amazing Beach
The condo was clean, bright, spacious, fully-equipped and located right on the amazing Grace Bay beach. The property manager greeted us and could not have been more helpful to first-time Turks and Caicos visitors like us. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and took advantage of the restaurants at the adjacent resort hotels. I highly recommend this condo. My only hesitation in singing its praises is that it might not be available to us the next time we return. A truly awesome stay!

Amazing!
Everything about Therese’s place was amazing! The location is great being so close to restaurants and within walking distance to shops and right on the beach. The kitchen was so well stocked and they generously provided paper towels, laundry detergent and more! Therese was so flexible with us when our flight was cancelled and Jing was very welcoming and helpful. Even surprised us with a cake for celebrating a birthday! The condo is beautiful and we hope to go back again soon! It was perfect for our family.

Very nice property, very nice stay
Very comfortable, clean and safe property. Loved the pool and beach so close, loved the quiet and peaceful community. Excellent communication with owner and manager Jing who scored us the most beautiful birthday cake you could imagine. This place is pricey but worth every dime! I would stay here again in heartbeat.

Updated, spacious and spotless unit. All amenities are available, location is spot on - beachfront and next door to the Grace Bay Resort. Within walking distance to restaurants and market. Personalized meet and greet and quick response by owner and on-site management were first class. Quality in all respects.

This lovely condo is exactly as advertised, except it can not begin to do justice to how beautiful the beach is! Very convenient location. Pool is literally outside the condo and beach just steps away. House manager was extremely kind. She welcomed us with a rum punch and later in the week delivered a birthday cake when she learned we were there to celebrate it. High recommend!

Great Place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean and it was well equipped. Our check in was so easy and the property manager made it even better by greeting us with rum punch and flowers! I actually had a small medical emergency while there and he was very responsive and helpful! The location was perfect! We've stayed at several places on Grace Bay and would definitely come back to stay in the future!

More beautiful than you can imagine
We loved our stay and can't wait to return. Jing was wonderful, answered our questions, and made sure we were all taken care of. The unit is gorgeous, beds were comfy, linens were wonderful, first floor access was great, gated property, all amenities were wonderful. Beautifully updated condo with a nice view. Great location, walkable to many restaurants and grocery store. Easy communication with Therese and with Jing. Jing was very helpful on a small issue we had. And allowed us to leave our luggage for part of check out day due to a later flight. Great trip!

fabulous stay in paradise
Therese's condo was absolutely perfect in every way! Jing was the sweetest and met us there with the absolute best island rum punch, which was never duplicated during our stay! the condo was a great location, the beach and pool were practically private for us, and everything needed was there. I only wish we were able to stay longer! we ended up having to stay in a larger condo resort our last night and we all agreed that the Grandview was so much better. There is not a single negative thing to say about the condo, Therese the owner, Jing, or anything about our stay there- it was paradise and we cannot wait to return! thanks you Therese and Jing!!

Amazing trip
We could not be happier with the location and the condo!! Everything we needed was easily accessible from condo amenities to excursions to restaurants. This was the best trip our family has ever had together! I have already recommended this condo to several people looking to visit Turks and Caicos. The only suggestion I would make is for the fitness room onsite. It needs to be updated with more weights. Great Place, Perfect Location !
The Grandview is situated perfectly on Grace Bay, a 5-10 minute walk down the beach to Infiniti, The Deck, Ritz Carlton, and Hemingway's for breakfasts, lunches, dinner, and late night cocktails. Therese was super communicative and informative, as were her property managers Jay and Jing. The Condo itself has a very well appointed, modern kitchen and appliances. It was also nice to have the option of an indoor and outdoor (screened-in) dining area. The pool deck and hotub were spotless and the beach cleaned and setup daily. Completely satisfied!

Best Honeymoon Trip
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely fell in love with the place. The property manager (Jing) & owner (Therese) were both very informative and super responsive. Jing even greeted us with Rum punch & lovely Happy Honeymoon cake. She gave us a tour and run down of the place, along with great lunch recommendations. The place was super clean and location was amazing - just a quick walk and you’re right on Grace Bay Bewch (umbrellas,tables and lounge chairs provided and already setup). You can see the clear blue caribbean sea from the patio and master bedroom (we sooo miss waking up to those views). Grace Bay is now one of our favorite beaches - we took many walks along the beach. We rented a car and loved that all the places we went to were only a 5-20 min drive. But there’s plenty of places close that are walkable - Pelican Bay is right next door and they have a really nice happy hour and food was good as well- had breakfast there serval mornings. We will definitely be back to this amazing beach spot!
