Welcome to our Two Bedroom, Two Bath private, owner rental condo is located in the sought-after, family friendly Ocean Club West resort Plaza, Grace Bay. Penthouse 307 is in an ideal location in the midst of it all, yet far above from the crowds. Enjoy the amenities of the resort in Providenciales, beachfront dining at the Solano restaurant (great sushi and island fare), beach chairs and umbrellas, Pool, Tennis with pickle ball lines, Gym, Spa room and the easy walk to over 30 restaurants and bars along the strip. Sleeps up to 5 with sofa bed. Additional rate applies for 5th person.

When you stay at Sapodilla on Grace you have your own dedicated Property Manager and Concierge to ensure your stay goes as planned or better. You will be provided with things to do, places to go, book restaurants or excursions so you are all set before or on arrival. Your TCI Blue Property Manager is on call 24/7 throughout your stay and because this is an Owner Private Rental, check-in and orientation are done in the Suite.

Full Kitchen with dishwasher, and all you need for a gourmet meal or a simple salad
Large living and dining room with SMART TV, chrome cast, local and international stations
Central air conditioning throughout, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to the large balcony overlooking Grace Bay environs and Bonaventure Blvd.

LOCATION:
The condo is on the 3rd floor, end unit of The Plaza that faces Grace Bay Road, and in view are the Caicos Cafe Plaza for dining, jewelry, shopping, neat finds; Le Petite Plaza for the famous Patty Place, Ports of Call Plaza and of course close to the new buzz, The Terrace restaurant a short walk downstairs.

The beach from the condo is approximately four minutes walk on the property, past the tennis courts, and beyond the gardens. Over 5 miles of powdery white-sand beach with turquoise ocean water, no wonder this is a bargain. Here you can enjoy Grace Bay for a fraction of being on the beachfront.

Grace Bay speaks for itself. The soft sand, the water is the perfect temperature to jump right in and relax and refresh. This is a world-class beach. The ocean is rarely rough as the offshore reef keeps the water calm. Welcome to our side of Paradise.

Ocean Club West Plaza
307 was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We found the property to be safe and walked about in the evenings for dinner. And all the people we met were so helpful and friendly. I hope to visit again someday.

Beautiful Beach
Our stay was great. It’s a beautiful area and we could walk everywhere. That was a big plus being that we have 2 children. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in Grace Bay. The resort itself was on the quieter side which what we prefer. Randy was very helpful before and during our stay!

Our stay at the Plaza Ocean Club West eas amazing! The condo was spotless upon arrival. .beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the location was perfect! The pool and beach were both a five minute walk away. No car was needed...we could walk to shops, restaurants, even the grocery store was nearby. There is also a shuttle that will take you to the sister resort Ocean Club East. Beautiful sunsets there and a great restaurant called Cabana. A wonderful experience from start to finish! We highly recommend!

This property is located in a great resort with an easy walk to the beach and resort restaurant. Parking is right in front and it is located in a great spot on Grace Bay near shopping, markets, restaurants, medical services, and the beach. Full kitchen which is great for a family (we have two kids 10 & 11). They have beach supplies and tennis gear if you choose to play at the resort. Overall, a great stay and would book again!

Spacious, clean and well stocked condo near Grace Bay beach and the heart of night life/shopping.
We had the best family trip with our 2 teenagers staying in this spacious penthouse. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well as everything we needed for hanging on the beach. As short term rental owners ourselves we were very pleased with how well Randy did as a property manager. He had the place ready to go with a full tour of the space, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We so enjoyed out time here in Turks. This condo had everything we needed and was so nice and clean. It is located by everything and you can walk to. Shenequa was our condo ambassador and she helped us like no other. She told us the must do's and told us about the whole island. She helped make our trip great, and checked in on us from time to time. If you are looking for a great condo this one is awesome.

Nice condo in a great location
The condo was beachy, spacious and very clean. Randy was great to deal with and was available to answer all our questions. The use of the Ocean Club amenities was really nice. The location was walking distance to downtown. The only thing I was disappointed with was the view from the condo is facing the street but I probably missed that when booking. Otherwise nice place to stay!!

Great Stay
2nd time staying at the Plaza at Ocean Club West. First time renting one of Charlene's Units. No complaints. Great roomy condo, quiet, relaxing. I have only 2 suggestions. These are suggestions, not complaints. Upgrade the TV to a larger TV in the main area and room darkening shades or blinds in the bedroom.

It’s time in the Caicos
Had s great time at this condo. Shenequa our host was fantastic! Great job checking us in and orienting us with some good recommendations. Did the trip to North and Middle Caicos, awesome time. Did a 1/2 day boat trip with Capt Bill in Outback Adventures, smirking, beach, caves. Awesome day! Best meals were at Solara at OCW and Hemingway’s. Shenequa hooked us up with s good taxi driver. Beach set up with OCW worked very well. Would recommend this unit. Quite walkable to shopping and dining.

Great property
My husband and our two teens stayed in the property for a week. The condo was clean and the check in process easy. The property manager Leola greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly. She gave us overview of the island and a lot of recommendations. She even offered to make restaurant and activity reservations. Leola was always fast to respond to any of our questions during the stay and went over and above to accommodate our needs. The Condo is located on a resort, close to everything and a short walk to the beach. It doesn’t have beautiful views, but that is clearly stated in the description and the price reflects that. The walk to the beach was very short though and the beach has chairs and umbrellas available. There is also a restaurant right there on the beach. I would have liked the kitchen to be stocked better, since I like making my own breakfasts for the family. I could not find any sheet pans and the frying pans and knives could be in a better shape. Overall a great stay and I recommend the condo to anyone that doesn’t want to pay the very high resort prices.

Excellent stay and service!
I cannot express enough gratitude to Joan, the property manager. Our rental was excellent, but unfortunately for us, the AC decided to break on our first day. We called Joan and she arrived very quickly. A technician came over and when the problem couldn't be solved that night, a portable AC unit was brought in. When it was revealed that the problem would require parts not immediately available, we were given another apartment 2 doors down. The apartments were very nice and as described. A short walk to the water, restaurants and shops and full use of most of the resort amenities. Grace Bay beach is incredible and worth every penny. I highly recommend this rental not just for the property, but especially for the attention and care provided during our stay. Thank you, Joan!

Great Location/Beach!!
We really enjoyed our stay here! While not right on beach or pool it was a short walk to a nice pool and AMAZING beach. We really enjoyed the Fitness Center, Poolside Restaurant and Beach Bar! Other restaurants, a gourmet grocery store, bakery and party store are a short walk away as well. The property also had "while you wait" Covid tests, great for travel back to our homeland. Few negatives with the property. I believe property was listed as Partial oven view but I could not easily see the water. No biggie but just FYI. Also some blinds or drapes to block street lights and sun in the bedroom would be a plus. It was great that property had beach chairs, a cooler and other beach items! A few more cooking/baking items (like a cookie sheet) would be nice. Overall, we had a GREAT time, enjoyed the property and would love to return.

Not at all what I was buying. The photos on VRBO make it look like this is where you are staying, this is not the case. In fact the photos all all a short 2-3 block walk away. Its important to my vacation to be able to sit on the Balcony and stare at the ocean, This property has a bustling Highway View I told the property Manager at check in that this was not what I bought and she agreed that perhaps the photos could be more descriptive of where they were taken, we found a different place and moved out after 2 nights, I requested a refund for the unused nights, and as of today 5 days later ,have not heard back

Our host Candy and Randy were very professional, friendly and welcoming .
After visiting the Turks and Caicos since 2004 and owning a timeshare at Alexander resort, this was my second time at a VRBO. Everything was excellent. All the rooms including the bathrooms, kitchen were large. I'll definitely return when the price goes down for renting the unit and also food. We were caught in the hurricane and couldn't enjoy the beach, restaurants and nightlife because mostly everything was affected by the hurricane. It was scary! This was my "Big! Big! 72nd birthday. I postponed everything during the covid and now the hurricane!! Wow!! Hopefully I'll be rewarded some free nights? I invited two couples with me for their first visit to the Turks and Caicos to celebrate my birthday when all this unforseen things happen. We are safe back home and will definitely return to " My home away from home!!
