Exceptional Location!
Sleeps 1-4 guests ( extra for additional guests) . Perfect for a couple vacation , a small group of friends or family.
We are located in the heart of grace Grace Bay , within walking distance to the famous Grace Bay Beach ( around 15 minutes walk, 2 minutes drive to the beach and main attractions ( Supermarket, shopping stores & restaurants )
You will be renting your private side of the Villa duplex. You will have your private dining screened porch. The only shared space is the pool deck area , where you will have your own lounging chairs , BBQ and table.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom.
The beds are Queen size , there is AC in each bedroom and 1 in the leaving room. Washer & dryer as well as Dishwasher.
We will provide you with -
Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler .
Security is important for our guest and so our property is fully fenced with entry gate.
We have security camera in front of the house in parking lot area & light sensors detector.

The accommodations were perfect. The location was quiet, safe and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and beach. The pool and property were nicely maintained. The property manager Fay was attentive and quick to help in anyway she could.

We were excited to be so close to Grace Bay and the location was perfect for restaurants and shopping. Fay is extremely responsive and was very helpful. The villa is comfortable with a lot of room for two couples.

Great home and location in Grace Bay
We absolutely enjoyed our first trip to TCI and staying at this villa was the perfect location and match for us. Spacious two bedroom/baths accommodated four adults perfectly. Location was perfect to visit restaurants, market, and ferry dock conveniently. We also enjoyed having a kitchen to enjoy meals “at home”. The host was also amazing and very responsive to our questions and needs. Would definitely return on our next visit.

Great spot!
We’ve stayed in a few different places in TCI over the years but didn’t rent a car this time - the Josy Villa worked out perfectly! Short walk to everything ( although we did hire a cab once for a large load of groceries) including the beach. Check-in was easy, beds were comfy, lots of towels for shower and beach and the pool was a perfect temp. We were there for two weeks and encountered three different groups of tenants in the other side and would have never known except for saying hi in passing outside. Very quiet and quite private. Thank you Fay and we hope to be back again soon!

Awesome two weeks away!
Josy Villa was great, everything we needed! Fay was helpful and a phone call away if anything came up. Such a sweetheart! Villa was stocked with essentials, and having beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers was an added bonus. Location was perfect. Thank you for renting to us, we will be back.

Very responsive host
Location was close to everything, I’m glad the host recommended a car though(was sub 40$ with insurance per day), it would of been a little to hot to walk as it’s summer time. Host is very responsive and helpful, which is extremely useful when visiting a new place. We look forward to coming back and booking both units with a group of people. It’s a great spot, just far enough away from the noise, but close enough if you want to partake.

Not like the pictures at all- AC didn’t work
We had to relocate because the AC wasn’t working and the owner sent out a technician the following day. It was in the high 90s outside and even worse inside. The property is also a shared space not the whole house. The pool or indoor wasn’t cleaned. The owner made everything very difficult.

Relaxing!!
We had a little trouble finding it, but once we were there it was pure heaven. Fay was an excellent host. We took this trip to relax & it was our first time to Turks & Caicos, I can tell you it will not be our last. My husband who normally will not go to the beach, could not get enough of Grace Bay Beach. I could not get him out of the water!!!

Perfect property!
This was my first visit to provo and my first time using Vrbo, after some of the nightmare stories you read online I was a little nervous the listing wouldn’t live up to the online photos/write up - I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Fay is the perfect host, even after a mix up (on my part) about an early check-in, it was very quickly sorted. The property is immaculate and is in the perfect location, being only a 10 minute walk to beach access and also a 10-15 minute walk to the main grace bay strip. We spent long days out and about seeing everything there was to see in provo and it was great to be able to come back to the villa and have a dip in the pool to cool down! Fay was also great and very accommodating with us having a late check-out due to an evening flight on departure. 100% would recommend this place to everyone!

Walking distance to Grace Bay Beach and restaurants/ shops.
The property was safe and enjoyable for our family of 5. Two people to each bedroom and our college aged son on the living room pullout. We appreciated having a kitchen to eat meals in and splurged in the evenings for dinner out. Loved our 4 hour eco-kayak tour with Big Blue Collection. We were glad to rent an SUV car ($1,000 through Hertz for the week) to explore the island. Fay was responsive, welcoming and personable at check in and check out and dropped off a 5th towel and pillow for our 5th family member. The island is expensive but this centrally located rental is a great value and made it possible for our family to enjoy this island getaway during peak season.

This rental was perfect for us we had never been to Turks before. The island is beautiful. We travel a good bit and this rental exceeded hour exceeded our expectations. We are failrly self sufficient travelers who cook most of our own meals. When we did need something the host was quite receptive. Fany was great!! We did rent a car and felt the location was perfect for us. We would definitely come back here! The rental itself was well stocked with supplies and was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, it was refreshing and lovely. This is not the Ritz Carlton and we didn't expect it to be. it us a very clean, convenient and comfy villa.

Great house, with great amenities, in a great location.
We arrived a little early and Fay was there and greeted us with no issue of us arriving early. The house has towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach that is a little more than a 10 minute walk away. We also spent a lot of time in the pool, which was a great size and had good seating around it. We cooked most meals in the kitchen and used the pots, pans, plates, etc. We went to a wedding one night and for a small fee Fay drive us there and back. Which was very appreciated because taxis can be an issue to find at all, but also hard to find for a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we go back to the island will definitely stay there again!!!

Let's start with the shocking check in notice in CAPTIAL LETTERS the statement that if you use too much power from airconditioning or too much water you will be charged. There was no meter reading at check in so how would this be quantified. There also was no mention of this in the description The villa okay in terms of accomadations...kitchen could use a good scrub down. We had to ask for garbage bags.

You'll love it!
We had such a fun time staying at this villa. The location was ideal – near excellent swimming beaches in Grace Bay and the best dining venues, yet on a quiet road. The house was quite spacious with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings that gave it great character. The floor fan was so powerful that we often didn’t use the A/C, but the A/C worked perfectly when in use. Additionally, there were ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen was equipped to prepare meals at home for a change of pace from dining at delicious local venues. The back deck was very invitiing and the pool quite persuasive as we swam every evening after a long day in salty water. You couldn’t ask for a more attentive host. Fay is authentic, delightful and eager to please her guests. She was always quick to respond to any concerns or questions that we had. We had a great snorkeling trip with Big Blue Collective, and we recommend the nearby Caicos Café Plaza with the French bakery and Atelis jewelry/gift shop. We also recommend Sibonnet Restaurant, Pelican Bay Restaurant happy hour, and the local Thursday night fish fry.
