Located in a tranquil area of Providenciales not far from Grace Bay Beach and popular activities, near the water sports haven of Long Bay Beach, and endless natural beauty all around. You can catch a colorful sunset or sunrise from either side of the island.

Getting Around:
The home is 13.8 km | 8.5 mi from Providenciales International Airport (PLS).
There’s free parking on the premises for two vehicles in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island of Providenciales. A car is optimal as there is no organized public transportation on the islands. Swift and Hertz rental car companies are good options if you decide to rent a car.
Other Things to Note:
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, beach/pool & bath towels are provided free during your stay.
There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like a cleaning, one can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.
Please note that all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, cooking oils, boxed food, etc., prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you’ll need to purchase what you need.
We provide some home/bath essentials upon arrival to get you started, like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras on the property’s exterior for guest safety and security only.
Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
