This unique second floor condo is located in Coral Gardens on Grace Bay, Providenciales, a beach described as the 'Best Beach Destination in the World'. 100 feet from the beach, and another 50 feet from White House Reef, the premier snorkeling reef on Grace Bay. Listed on MSN best beaches of the world:

The reef is full of a wide variety of tropical fish and turtles. The water is turquoise blue and underwater visibility is up over 100 feet.

Enjoy the two pools on property and the beach bar, as well as the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided to guests of the property. Walk on sand the texture of white powder and enjoy the calm trade winds cool you by the water.

Great location and stay. Scott (manager) did a great job sharing activities to see and do on the island. Condo and property have a great location (in front of Bight Reef, not far from town, great beach, restaurant on property). All staff were very nice and accommodating.

Coral Gardens Family Vacation
This was our second time at Coral Gardens. The property and condo are well kept and the staff is superb. Jerome and the others at the beach are friendly and attentive. Besma recommended and booked our boat and snorkeling excursion, which the whole family enjoyed. Thank you Coral Gardens for a great trip!

Paradise!
The view is stunning, the condo is spacious and comfortable, and the beach right outside of the condo is incredible. We snorkeled out there daily and enjoyed some other excursions such as a boat tour and a sunset cruise. We walked down the beach to eat at Blue Water bistro and Marine room. Both were outstanding! We also took a taxi to the Thursday night fish fry and that was fun. Highly recommend this condo. We will be back!

The place is beautifully appointed and so close the gorgeous beach and water. Smaller property so easy to get around. Great bar/restaurant on site. Reef steps from shoreline! Coral Gardens does not disappoint!

2212 was absolutely amazing - clean, views that can’t be beat, comfy beds, beautiful beach decor, excellent location right in front of the reef - we have nothing bad to say about this place. Kids are 7 and 8 and had the best time as did in laws in 70’s. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Great Coral Gardens Condo
Our second stay at the condo and we will be back. Lots of space, great view and fantastic balcony. Having the coral reef to snorkel around gives you so much more to do than just hanging out on the beach. By the way the beach is great too. The condo looks just like the pictures and the bar Somewhere on the property is a really fun beach bar.

Relaxing Holiday
The location and view from this condo is a 10. We had our two adult daughters, plus a son-in-law and the space was perfect. We did not feel crowded at all. The office staff was so helpful and the entire property staff was very friendly. I recommend to rent a car to enjoy the island. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation.

Great Beach Vacation
We had a great time at Coral Gardens. Being right on the beach was the best part as was the awesome snorkeling. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and set up for us each day. All of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Condo was well appointed and spacious for our family of four. Would love to come back again.

Absolute perfection!
This was our second trip to TCI and this property is fabulous! It is super clean, right on the beach in front of bight reef and next to Somewhere Cafe. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. I hated to leave last year and I felt no different leaving today. The view of the turquoise, crystal clear water is breathtaking. The landscaping around the property is beautiful and well-taken care of. The management and staff are so accommodating. I can’t imagine vacationing anywhere else.

Our unit at Coral Gardens was fantastic. The view was awesome from the porch. The condo had everything we needed and we had more than enough room. The management downstairs were very accommodating and extremely helpful. The snorkeling was fantastic right off the beach and the beach staff took really good care of us Somewhere the restaurant next-door was fantastic as well especially Moe one of the servers she took really good care of us. All in all gardens was the perfect place to stay in Turks unfortunately we got rained out for two days but you can’t do anything about the weather.

Beautiful location
We loved our stay at Coral Gardens. Everyone was so friendly and available to help with anything we needed. Jerome was especially great with daily set up at the beach. The mattresses were very comfortable. The condo needs some updates especially the guest bedroom bath but overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Coral Gardens
What an amazing location. The rental was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to cook a few meals and most importantly walk right out the back door to snorkel every single day. We were right next to Somewhere Cafe but truly, it was not crowded and were not bothered by crowds. The rental was clean and the bonus was housekeeping came every other day. I would absolutely stay here again next year.
