Amazing Studio with resort amenities and steps away from the beach !

Our La Vista Azul unit is a well-appointed studio with a full bath, full kitchen and large patio looking out at the gazebo in a nice garden setting. It is suitable for 3 persons - maybe 3 friends or a couple with 2 small kids. This unit is located in the La Vista Azul Resort which is in the Turtle Cove area which is about a 5 minute drive from the main Grace Bay area.This 830 sq feet unit (including patio area) is comfortable and is located on the first floor of Building 1 at the resort and is steps away from beautiful beaches and the Turtle Cove area and Grace Bay. The full kitchen is adequately equipped. Guests have full use of all resort facilities on the La Vista Azul compound such as pools, hot tubs, exercise room and car parking. The unit can be accessed via the basement parking where there is an elevator or by parking in the back entrance car park and then walking up a flight of stairs. This unit is steps away from the hot tub and pools at the resort as it is on the same level.On the resort compound there is a Salon, Gelato Shop, Bar, Restaurant as well as other shops and offices on the courtyard level. There are a quite a few nice restaurants, shops and a Casino in Turtle Cove and it is close to Smith's Reef which offers superb snorkeling. La Vista Azul is less than a 10 minute drive from the airport which means less wasted vacation time traveling. The closest beach is a 5 minute walk from the resort. If you do have a larger group and need more space – we also have other units exactly like this one at the resort as well.

Beautiful Condo
Property was great. We had a great time, loved having a kitchen and a washer dryer. Bed was comfy. Location was great loved being next to the pool and spa. We also loved that we could walk to the Mango reef restaurant they had amazing lobster. We brought a lot of our own food in our suitcase as the food is expensive.

Quick trip to the sun
We had a quick weekend trip to Turks, this apartment worked out really well. Located walking distance to beaches with reefs for snorkeling (we saw tons of fish and a turtle). Walking distance to several good, reasonably priced restaurants - two right in the same complex. Very short drive to airport, grocery store and more shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean and tidy apartment, had everything we needed - small, good for 2 but bit tight for any more... Host was very informative and very responsive and helpful through the app. Had a great time.

Nice villa
The property was gated and felt safe. Neighbors were very nice. We spent most of our time outdoors at the beaches, but the villa was our place to regroup and rest. It was quiet and convenient. Parking was a little challenge. Gym was uninspiring but that’s community property. Overall a good stay.

1st time in Turks and Caicos
My husband & I stayed a week in La Vista Azul. The condo/efficiency was just the right size for the 2 of us! But…we had no direction as to how to find our unit & ended up asking the condo association rep for help; then the code to front door that Shanta provided by email was incorrect ( in fact she had given us several in different pre-arrival emails); the Wi-Fi password that was on frig didn’t work nor did the one in the book provided, so Shanta sent someone up to reset it! I had set up international calling with Verizon on my cell but my calls would not go through! Definitely recommend getting a car for stay, & booking it before you go (we didn’t & couldn’t get one). Would not recommend riding a bike or scooter for transportation- their roads aren’t set up for either! Taxi’s are expensive but only other means of transportation! Restaurants in area were all good! If we go again we will stay at an all inclusive; much more costly to do the activities individually plus taxi!

Great Place to Stay in Turks!
Great location, within walking distance of some great restaurants and a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend a rental car to be able to access all the other amazing beaches and amenities in the area. The property is very clean, with just a short walk to the pools and hot tub and Shanta was an amazing host. Great place for a couple to enjoy this Caribbean paradise.

Wonderful Stay w/ Great Communication by Host
1st time in Turks... I am so happy I choose this property out of the many choices. I will write a thorough review as the host was so thorough, helpful and responsive to all my inquiries. Communication: This is key for all things in life. From the onset Host proactive, engaging me prior to me even arriving in Turks. Throughout stay the Host answered messages both on Vrbo app and text messages, very promptly. This was very important to me as questions arose as our first time on island. Accommodating: Allowed us to check in slightly later. Also told us about supermarket for snacks/waters we wanted. Also, provided us w/ extra toilet tissue. Condo Complex: Pristine; quiet; clean; friendly staff and enjoyed the hot tub. Hot tub stopped working and I notified both security and Host and it was promptly fixed the next day. 2 swimming pools, good amount of chairs. Room: Nice size, what one may call like a studio apt. But was spacious for 2 ppl possibly 4 as there was a queen size pull out couch. Apt was pristine and stocked w/ both bath towels and beach towels. Also, liked the touch of having things like aluminum foil for wrapping our leftovers. Also I was so happy it was stocked w/ beach chairs. Washing machine was golden. Location of the room is good too as it is not deep in the complex and also very close to the parking area for easy access in/out. Location close to most things but you definitely need a car. All in all I give it a 10 out of 10!

Honeymoon in Paradise
My wife and I loved this place for our honeymoon in TCI! It's located right behind the hot tub and the 2 pools - the pool area has incredible views. Simone's restaurant is a nice spot to relax with drinks and food, and Simone and the staff were amazing. The location of the property is in a great spot to be able to explore all areas of the main island. You must rent a car, but when you do its pretty much 10 minutes to everything. So many incredible beaches and restaurants to experience. There's a number of great restaurants within walking distance, which are down by the marina. We will definitely be returning to TCI, and would not hesitate to book this place again.

Great spot, our favorite area on the island
The unit was great, just as described. I appreciated the little things like bug spray and after sun lotion as both came in very handy. The property is well maintained and beautiful. Turtle Cove we came to find was our favorite area, super lucky break. Grace Bay is too commercial but close by. Everywhere was continent to this spot, but do recommend a rental car to get around. One suggestion for this unit is to install a lock on the sliding doors. You often want to go out via the slider to the pool or beach, etc, yet there’s no outside lock. Would be worth a quick fix of that for future guests. Apart from that we have only good things to say!! Shanta had awesome communication, even during COVID complexities. Highly recommend snorkeling at Smiths Reef, I saw titles, sharks and a barracuda. Coral gardens wasn’t nearly as active.

The property was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided (beach chairs, umbrella, toiletries, laundry supplies, etc). The bed was very comfortable. The property manager, Shanta, was very willing to help with any issues. We enjoyed meeting her. The location was close to the Turtle Cove Marina and its wonderful restaurant. It was close to the airport, groceries and Grace Bay beaches and restaurants.

The studio was perfect for my husband and I. Landscaping was beautiful, and views from pool deck were spectacular. Located in Turtle Cove region means close to Smith’s Reef and many restaurants. We would stay here again

Amazing island vacation
This place was perfect for us. It was very clean, had everything that was needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the views from the deck amazing. Shanta responded immediately to emails. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Turks and Caicos.

Just what we needed !!!
La Vista Azul was just what we needed, the condo had everything and then some. The beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and starter soap in kitchen and bathroom. 4 min walk to a quiet beach. We rented a car from scooter Bobs and spent a lot of time at the restaurants in Turtle cove. Amazing meals and coffee at Naughty Gull. Building one has an elevator but the 100 steps from court yard to pool gave us some exercise a couple times of day. Shanta and crew were great , she quickly answered emails . Security onsite and the grounds are just beautiful. Thank you!! We will be back.

Very comfortable and clean with everything you need
The property and the resort is very nice and well maintained. It is clean. Our host was very responsive. We were very happy here and will be back again . Several nice restaurants around the area and nice coffee shop right around the corner from the resort. Snorkeling , beach and fish fry all within a 5 to 10 minute walk . All in all very good for the price point you are paying . Definitely recommend !
