Best 10 year Anniversary
My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. The location, set up, and atmosphere of this condo and resort were great. If you are looking for seclusion with basically your own private beach, this is the spot. Another bonus of this resort is that it is close to Malcolm's Beach and Bonefish Point. Pamela is probably the best property manager we have encountered, she is a great communicator and very hospitable.

Quiet Stay In Paradise
If you are looking for a very quiet place to lie on the beach, enjoy the gentle waves and unplug for a bit, this is the perfect place. You are off the beaten path a bit, but it is worth it. Phil did a great job taking care of us and responding to any requests. We visited before the busy season and knew the resort restaurant was not going to be open regularly, but Eddie and his staff accommodated us for a very special Anniversary dinner that was perfect. Our trip was amazing and we can't wait to return someday

Needed some upgrade
Our overall experience was good, except for the condo it needed some up grades like new appliances. It was quiet and somewhat clean. Not sure about the cleaning lady she left dishes in the dishwasher that wasn't so clean. I'd like to feel away from home but it didn't exactly feel that way. The gates were left open the whole time we were there so much for security. The front desk staff was very nice. Phil the owner replied promptly to our emails he seemed nice also. I would stay here again.

Beautiful condo with excellent wifi and A/C.
Everyone from start to finish was great to work with. Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. Only negative is the 4 mile dirt road to the property. One of the worst roads I’ve ever been on and had to drive very slow so as to not do damage to our rental car. 100% out of the control of the owners of the condo and the association! This was a public road.

Quiet Oasis
We enjoyed the property and the amenities (pool, hot tub & quiet beach) along with the view of the ocean right outside our door. It’s a quieter area about a 20-25 minute drive from attractions but this was exactly what we were looking for

The process of renting this property was easy . Pamela was always prompt with communications and extremely professional. The condo is extremely clean and just the right size for two people. The ocean views were beautiful and our stay was quite, relaxing and peaceful. Just what we were looking for in a vacation.

Vacation Home Away From The Crowds
This small yet just enough comfortable space for two is the best for a quiet and relaxing time away from the rest of the world. Checking in was met with a warm, smiling face. She was very helpful in explaining the layout of the property and facilities, the town, and other local concerns like curfews and mosquitoes. No joke! After a short 15 minute shower, the mosquitoes nearly picked us up and carried us away. Be prepared to drive or be driven to the best place away from the crowds and to be placed into tranquility. With all the amenities offered, you only need food, reef safe sunscreen, and snorkeling gear to truly enjoy the time of your life! You're far enough away that bathing suits could be optional, but check the local laws :) Just Kidding. Do not take my word... The kitchen is fully equipped and has some spices that were paid-forward from previous guests. We added to that spice rack and left some laundry detergent too. The washing machine does have a small label describing how to use. We found out that if the clicking occurs and the rinse cycle does not start, it is because the lid is not locked. Simply push on the left side of the lid and press the start button once to engage the lock. All is well after that. The bathroom is great. The shower has nice water pressure too for getting the sand out of those hard to reach places. And the complimentary supplies for enjoying the pool and beach front are more than accommodating. The internet is also great for connecting to your favorite streaming service to enjoy a little creature comforts from home while preparing and enjoying dinner or relaxing just before bed. The bed and room itself are well positioned to turn off the A/C, open up the windows and doors (keep the screens closed unless you like mosquitoes) and enjoy the awesome beach breeze. This lovely first floor corner unit with a view of the beach and waves is just the best place to be!

20th Anniversary at Bella Vista
The Bella Vista at the Northwest Point Resort was perfectly wonderful for our 20th Anniversary! The condo was in perfect shape, decorated well, everything worked great, and there was a really a nice assortment of treats waiting for us In the fridge. It was great to be able to just relax and have a beer after a long day of travel! We had a great view of the ocean from our couch and easy access to the pool. Kathy and Gregg were very kind and we really enjoyed meeting them, watching them dominate kite surfing, and the presceco gift made our already awesome week special!! We wanted a secluded place, and the ability to explore TCI so this checked every box for us! Great snorkeling and shelling right off the beach and the walk to the point never disappointed! Words don’t do it justice, if you need a break in an amazing location this is your spot!! Cheers Paul & Steph

Great room, amazing quiet and secluded location.
This property is on the north east end of the island and far from the busy resorts and packed beaches. We loved walking the beach, watching sunrises and sunsets, snorkeling off the beach and long walks. Usually you were the only person in sight. We simply loved it. The property manager was helpful ahead of the trip, answering questions and advising things to do. The rooms were clean, up to date and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Slice of paradise
First time in Turks & Caicos. Definitely not the last. The condo was everything we expected and more. Phil walked us through everything prior to our trip. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, everything we needed to make us feel at home. The complex and beaches were beautiful and serene. Would highly recommend to visitors wanting time away from hustle and bustle. Planning our next trip here very soon. Thanks for a perfect getaway Phil!!!

Small, well-located condo
Beautiful setting. Beach and pool are great. Condo is smaller (especially bedroom) and older than expected. Condo was not well cleaned. But biggest issue is that there are not light darkening blinds nor drapes in bedroom and outside lights shine in all night. Room is brighter at night than during day! Eye mask is necessity. Phil is great to work with and the car rental he provides is good.

My wife and I spent 7 nights in unit 105, and it was excellent. The owner, Phil, made sure everything was up to date and exceptionally clean. NWP is away from the hustle, but not so far that a 20 minute drive doesn't solve. Quiet evenings and star gazing abound at NWP. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful. Description was very accurate.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet and private beach. You really couldn't swim here for there was a lot of seaweed. The kite riders were here to greet us each morning and what a sight that was. You could walk and walk on the beach for it was as far as the eye could see. Very beautiful. The condo we stayed in was very clean and Phil was very helpful emailing info to us. The restaurants he suggested were wonderful. The dining experiences we had for lunches and dinners were superb. One thing that did drive us crazy was the sliding screen door in the condo, it came off the track each time you used it, very bothersome. Asked to have someone take a look at it and never showed up. Would we stay again. YES

Remote, down to earth and very friendly
This was our first trip to T&C and as we didn't have much time to research so we didn't know what to expect. We did expect our place to be on Grace Bay, which it's not, it's on the farthest point of the island, with nothing else around which we actually really appreciated. Grace Bay would have been too congested for us so North West Point was perfect. Nothing fancy, and at times things didn't work, but that's part of island living and you just need to go with the flow. Everyone in the resort seemed to struggle with a bit of the same. Not the end of the world. If you need 57 channels on your TV, fast WiFi, or luxury, this is not the place for you. If you're OK with things being a little dated, but, a lovely pool, a hot hot tub, a beautiful beach and super friendly people by all means come along. We had a fantastic vacation, that we'll be paying off for longer than anticipated because everything is twice the cost of home but it was worth every penny and we wouldn't hesitate to come back. We actually had to stay two extra days because our flight got cancelled last minute and Phil was kind enough to extend us for another couple days - thanks Phil.

Wonderful Vacation in Paradise
We travel on the off season and were glad to find we had the resort to ourselves! The location was a little further than expected but all in all it worked out in our favor as we had the beach and pool pretty much to ourselves! Phil was very helpful from first contact and during our stay when I had inquires and we really appreciated that! The directions to and from were on right on track and very helpful when we arrived! We were very comfortable in the well equipped condo, he had just about everything one would need to feel at home. We enjoyed the location and the beaches were absolutely wonderful! The resort was quiet and well managed, we had no issues at all! We would recommend this location to those that truly need a getaway with lots of R and R!!! We would come back again! Thanks for making our vacation so memorable Phil, we truly appreciate your outstanding support from day one!

Outstanding value and wonderful people!
We spent our 25th wedding anniversary in Turks and Caicos and would certainly stay in this condo again. The unit was clean, well equipped and had a nice view of the ocean. The pool area was great but the fitness facility was lacking (looks like it may be undergoing renovation). As our stay was somewhat off season, we did not see many guests, so we practically had a private beach. Not seeing many guests also meant the restaurant was not open, but that did not faze us since we had a rental car and simply went into town to eat out. We also prepared several meals in the well equipped kitchen. Northwest Point is off the beaten path (unpaved road for the last 3 miles to get there), so one does not experience the bustling, downtown, resort scene. On the flip side, it's only a 15 to 20 minute drive to the resort scene. Heck, it's only 25 minutes to the TCI Ferry which is clean on the opposite end of the island. All that said, you should have a rental car if you’re staying here. Although our stay was great and we’d come again, it started a little rough as the A/C unit was not working. Everyone is impressed with a glowing review where everything goes perfect, but I believe it’s important to know how property owners respond when things are not so right. In this case, Phil (the owner), Marilyn and Nicki (NWP employees) and Nancy (maid), were outstanding. When it became obvious that the AC unit could not be repaired in timely fashion, everyone did what was necessary to make sure our anniversary trip was not ruined. Phil had another condo coming available in a couple days, so he and Marilyn “did the right thing” and got us in a really nice unit on the resort property until Phil’s other condo was vacated. Nancy, the maid, went out of her way to get the condo cleaned and ready for us quickly once it was vacated. What was so impressive was the attitude of everyone during the ordeal. Even Nancy the maid, who had the least to gain or lose in the matter, responded and treated us as if she owned the property. Thanks for helping make our anniversary celebration great!

Wonderful Honeymoon Location
This was a wonderful resort / Condo. The condo was very clean. The location was out of town but just minutes away from stores / Dining / clubs etc. Our manager Phil was top notch with island information and suggestions. Phil was very easy to deal with on all items and needs for our honeymoon.The pool area was always being attended to along with the rest of the grounds. We always felt we were walking around in a post card showing paradise. Once again Phil we can not thank you enough for making our stay very special. We will absolutely be back . Brad and Tami 2016

Great Condo
This was a great property at a well managed resort. The condo is as advertised: clean, functional, comfortable ocean front. The resort pool is large and the resort was extremely quiet. The beach is remote and relaxed with zero traffic. Check-in was a breeze and the condo had excellent channel choice and reliable internet. The staff is extremely pleasant and the bar / restaurant serve nice dishes. This location is not for everyone as it is on the far west end of the island, but this also makes it appealing. The drive into Grace Bay is a mere 20 minutes. We enjoyed being away from the busy areas, although the word busy is used lightly here as Provo did not seem busy at all. We recommend this condo for romantic couples trips as it suits a couple perfectly. We also found the groceries to be more reasonable than we thought they would be. We ate at home as well as the fabulous Provo restaurants. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating.
