Elevators 3&4 (east end of the ocean front building) will have these works done beginning approximately June 21st, 2025 or as soon as elevators 1&2 works are completed.
These elevators service Villas 105, 106, 107, 108, 205, 206, 207, 208, 305, 306, 307, 308, 403 and 404.
We will remain open but there will be no elevator service to these villas and some construction noise from 9am-5pm.

Villa Renaissance is an elegant boutique resort in one of the most desirable locations on Grace Bay. Inspired by Mediterranean architecture, Villa Renaissance offers a private and luxurious "home away from home." The living and dining areas of this villa open directly onto a two-level terrace/patio with sweeping views of Grace Bay and the spectacular Caribbean Sea. The upper terrace has plenty of space for alfresco dining while the lower terrace has two comfortable chaise lounges for relaxing while the sun goes down.
The stylish ground floor 2-bedroom condominium is bright and spacious, offering separate living and dining areas with travertine marble floors and tiles throughout the suite. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with crafted maple cabinetry, granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wheelie grocery cart, cooler and a stackable washer and dryer conveniently located in a separate closet. Other amenities include two HD televisions, US Cable TV, a DVD player, and secure
Wi-Fi internet. The unit is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans.
The master bedroom, which overlooks the picturesque mosaic pool and courtyard, features a king size bed with new mattress and en-suite bath with large soak-in tub and shower, lighted mirror and marble topped vanities. The second bedroom, which also overlooks the courtyard pool, has 2 twin beds (which can be pushed together if you prefer a king there as well). The second bathroom also has marble topped vanities and includes a walk-in shower. A 5th guest can be accommodated ($50/night additional).

Please note that this ground floor villa is especially suitable for families with small children or grandparents.
The services included are full use of pool and beach loungers, umbrellas and towels, guest lounge, pool, whirlpool, lighted tennis court and fitness center. Complimentary bicycles, tennis rackets, a cell phone with $10 of prepaid minutes, daily housekeeping and front desk Concierge services, pre arrival grocery stocking (for a small fee).

Please note: the 22% tax is comprised of a 12% government tax and a 10% TCI Government Service Charge (which is passed along to our employees). There is a $50/night fee for a 5th guest.
Next door you will find The Regent Village retail area and across the street is the Saltmills Plaza, where you will discover duty free shopping, numerous restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes, small bars and a large variety of shops. Graceway Gourmet supermarket is only a short 10-minute walk away. We will even stock your villa with groceries prior to your arrival (for a small fee). You will have all the amenities to make your vacation memorable and stress free.

General Resort Rules
Please note that use of the Resort Facilities is only available to those who are officially registered as a guest at Villa Renaissance reception desk in accordance with the Villa Renaissance Registration Policy.
The following rules are in place to ensure that everyone at the resort, including owners, resort guests and renters can enjoy our beautiful property. Please be guided accordingly.
All units at Villa Renaissance are non smoking, as is the entire property.
• The common corridors and areas outside the units’ entrance must be kept clear of pool floats, strollers, and any other personal belongings.
• Resort guests and renters are not allowed to have any pets in the units or on the common areas.
• BBQ grills are not allowed on the unit balconies, ground floor terraces or anywhere else in the common areas.
• The playing of music or any activity that creates noise within the unit or on the balcony must be limited to ensure it does not become a nuisance to others. Speakers are not allowed at the pool or beach-please use headphones.
• Do not hang towels and other items of clothing on the balcony railing or elsewhere outside the unit.
• When leaving the beach please use the beach shower to rinse the sand off your feet before returning to the building or pool.
• All used beach towels should be returned to the towel bins so they can be laundered for reuse.
• Common areas are not playgrounds please respect our grass and plantings.
• The pool area is designated as a quiet area, ball games and other activities which can disturb the quiet enjoyment of the area are prohibited.
• Please refrain from running in the pool area or central breezeways to avoid injury.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Diving into the pool is prohibited.
• Pool side loungers are on a first come first served basis. Please do not attempt to pre-reserve a lounger for the day as your belongings will be removed at lunch time if the lounger is unoccupied to accommodate other guests.
• Glasses and glass containers (bottles) are not allowed on the poolside or around the pool area.
• The exercise room and the tennis court may only be used for their designated purposes: the enjoyment of owners, their personal guests, resort guests and renters. Please observe posted age restrictions.
About the Edwards Family (villa owners):
We first visited Providenciales in 2002 and fell in love with the beautiful beaches and friendly people. As our family grew so did our affection for this island paradise. Our children have grown up visiting here; it has become the place we come to rejuvenate and reconnect as a family away from our busy daily lives in Indiana. Having traveled throughout the Caribbean and the world, this is our family’s home away from home.
