Indulge in the neighborhood's many attractions by day while enjoying the comfort of a newly renovated space in the evening. We are conveniently located just one mile from the train station & only 15 minutes from TF Green Airport. Book now & experience the best area Providence has to offer!

The Space:
NO PARTIES
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or large gatherings/events.

THE AREA
Located on College Hill makes visiting Brown University and RISD super convenient from my apartment! Both are a short walk away from my place.

THE INTERIOR LAYOUT
With every room being newly renovated, this apartment is equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so please note there are lots of stairs, some of which can be steep! The apartment is designed with a dining and living area, full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and spacious bathroom. It has many windows in the living space that let in natural daylight with a view of the university athletic fields.

REST AND RELAXATION
We can accommodate up to 5 guests––There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and an additional bedroom with a twin-size bed. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay.

GETTING COMFY
The living room space has a SmartTV with seating for 5 people and also has a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The modern dining table set can seat 5 people very comfortably should you choose to dine-in or use this as an additional workspace.

FOR THE FOODIES
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics, along with some extra tools, for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine-out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance.

EXPLORING
There is off-street parking in our driveway for 2 cars parked tandem. Leave your car and explore all Providence has to offer by foot, bike, or scooter!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and shares access to the building via the front door. This front door is shared with the 1st and 2nd floor apartments, as well as the basement unit.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors have beautiful historic homes. The front of our house is on a street that you will always see many people walking. Across the street, fenced in, are the athletic fields and Brown is less than a 10 minute walk. RISD is also close by. Thayer Street is less than a half mile walk which offers so many trendy shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the city to walk around. You can easily get an Uber or Lyft if you need to, or you can grab one of the scooters the city offers on any nearby sidewalk.

Other Things to Note:
There is no elevator in the building so you will need to go up 3 flights of stairs to the apartment.

Interaction with Guests:
The building includes a shared stairwell, but the apartment is exclusively for your private use. There is also a shared laundry area on the premises.
