We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."

The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. Bathrooms were disappointing with showers that were barely big enough to get into. Kitchen very small and not very clean with inefficient fridge/freezer that had seen better days. "We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming.
