"The staff is friendly, but not very helpful. Emphasis is put on the mobile ap, rather than personal recommendations, which is a bit disappointing. We didn't want to spend time exploring the ap (which we had already looked at when trying to book) we wanted someone with experience to give suggestions for us to do during our less than 24 hour stay (that didn't happen). "The home was updated and very nice. It was extremely clean and the images match exactly what we received. The check in was easy and the communication with agency was excellent. It had plenty of room for our group of 18! The view is breathtaking, with a panoramic view of Bull Shoals Lake. There's a nice fire pit to enjoy by the lake. Upon entering the main house, the first thing you'll notice is the nearly floor to ceiling windows along two of the walls that give you a 24/7 view of the lake!...
