outdoor fun including, boating, water sports, and some of the best freshwater fishing in the nation including many of Lake Murray's local and national fishing tournaments held throughout the year.

Spend your days under the warm South Carolina sunshine, playing in the year-round water access on the provided stand-up paddleboard and kayak, swinging on the covered porch, and engaging in some playful competition on the outdoor Ping-Pong table. Evenings are best paired with fireside chats on the six Adirondack chairs surrounding the firepit.

Inside, immediately feel at home in front of the open living area's fireplace and large smart TV set beneath a vaulted ceiling. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen is flooded with sunlight and displays a full suite of appliances. There are two sizable bedrooms available on the main level of the home. Up the unique spiral staircase, discover two additional bedrooms and a bathroom.

Modern amenities inside include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access.

Close to your stay, rent a boat at Lake Murray Boat Rentals, take peaceful walks around Dreher Island State Park, or head for downtown Columbia where you'll find Riverbanks Zoo & Garden, Frankie's Fun Park, and a large variety of restaurants and shops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
