"Our host Cathy and Carl were wonderful. Cathy presented delicious breakfast which included freshly baked scones and blueberry muffins, fruit platter and omelet with either fresh brewed coffee or numerous tea choices. The historic property is beautifully furnished with many antiques and period pieces. "

"This property was absolutely beautiful. It is very quiet and peaceful. Dont stay here if you are wanting a lively stay. This place is great if you want peace and quiet. The views are spectacular and the grounds are meticulously cared for. The kitchen is open for breakfast, and serves delicious light options. Dining and shopping are about 10 mins away. The rooms are spacious and super comfy beds, and bedding. Loved this stay!"

"Delightful in located blocks from the ocean in Castine. Really great breakfast, bikes available to use, good wifi. There was a power outage due to a storm while I was there and while the building didn't have a generator, breakfast was still served the next morning and I noticed very little difference to the inn's normal procedures. Just a small thing, I don't think the heat in my room was on and it felt about 10 degrees colder in there than in the hallway outside. This is likely not an issue for...
