"Hubby and I had a little weekend away and this place was WONDERFUL! SO clean, very cozy and pics are just as the property shows. Delicious coffee shop walking distance, cute little shops and yummy bakery, too. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well supplied, keurig machine was ready to use and it seems like everything was well thought out. "Highly recommend! Stayed the weekend for a girls getaway birthday celebration. Steve, the host, was prompt with responding to questions. The accommodations are relatively new and very nice! Beautiful river views and above the cocktail bar that had a fun performer on Friday evening. We met several local people who were very friendly - a great small community! We are planning on coming back when warmer weather comes to take advantage of the deck."

"Absolutely loved this historic cottage. Oozing with charm! Kathryn has created such an inviting get-away. We were in town for a family Christmas and needed a few extra beds and a quiet space for a break from the exuberance of 10 grandkids. Perfect peacefulness to be found at this cottage. "We stayed just for a few nights while visiting family in Bettendorf. We were given detailed instructions on how to use the keyless entry so there were no troubles getting in when we arrived late at night, which was great. House was clean and beautifully furnished. We all slept great. The hot tub was fantastic on a cold winter night, adults and kids enjoyed it. Cole was kind enough to come same day and fix a wiggly shower rod.
