"Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. "Is was mostly really good. However we reserved a table for drinks and was told it was given to another group and make sure you stay away from the Beerbar. The service is not good, it’s overpriced, inflexible menu and pushy staff trying to push 10x wine."

"It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. No coffee at all. 2 sugars. We should really be refunded partially as we paid for this service but was not given it. The bathroom is nice but no where to hand the towels,...

"The suite was new and very clean. Toilet was very small, and the towel heating rack was not working. Room temperature cannot be warmer in winter as there is no heating. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. The restaurant staff must be commended: Fabio, Nabli & Sebastion at the egg station."
