"My son and I just needed a few days away from home. For us it was in a good for us because we wanted to explore eureka springs and the drive to there wasn't too bad. It was a quiet neighborhood making for good nights of sleep. I would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!"

"This 4 BR 3 BR was great for our two families. Each side of the house was perfect for our individual family needs. My wife, son, and I could spread out between the bunk bed room and "Bedroom 3". My sister's family of 4 took the opposite side of the house with the two attached bathrooms. We had 3 kids under 7 year old with 4 adults. The back yard was great for the two boys to play in the creek and roam around the wooded area. At night the kids were able to go to bed while the adults could hang out on the spacious deck. The gas fire pit was stock with 3 propane tanks. The kitchen was stocked with enough cooking supplies. It felt like the cooking utensils were properly curated. The driveway was steeper than expected, but the weather was not an issue with ice. FYI all the living space is on a main floor and minimal steps to navigate. Stairs are an issue when my Grandma looks visit. The checkout process was much simpler compare to other houses we have rented. It was nice to leave the bedding on. Overall a great place for our family and would rent again. "

"This spacious remodeled home in the woods was the perfect homebase for our adventures around northern Arkansas. The kitchen was well stocked, the fireplace was cozy, and the beds were very comfy. We would absolutely would stay here again!"

"Me, partner, and her daughter (14) stayed 3 nights this fall and it was a nice home-away for our time in the area with little funky touches the girls enjoyed. The area was quiet area and it was easy to relax at the property when we weren't out in Eureka Springs or driving the Pig Trail. Would stay again. Good value compared to other properties we looked at it. Some highlights: Nice private hot tub with a canopy that sagged under the weight of the collecting rain water but kept us dry from chilly droplets coming down. The young one loved it. Screened back entrance convenient for in/out from the back patio and hot tub. Living room and large Hisense Smart TV was perfect for catching football on a night in. Both bedrooms had good mattresses, pillows, and sheets/comforters. No complaints from my girls. Extra towels for the hot tub and a laundry room were both handy. Issues: None other than a table lamp that wasn't plugged in or even near an outlet that was confusing. I guess the sink disposal didn't run too but mentioned to property manager after. Not a problem, it happens. Tip: More just to set expectations... the entire area is hilly with narrow roads, woods, and a lot of tight, blind curves. Have your GPS ready and watch for wildlife and wild drivers. "
