I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. The breakfast buffet area has an amazing view -- it is so cool to see all the snow capped Alps around you. The buffet was very good, with super alpine ham too!"

"This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). After a long drive we arrive to the hotel only to find that the spa is closed during summer, receptionist explained that they would open the spa on request. We requested the spa only be denied by the owner. The owner not only denied access to the spa, she also loudly yelled at us in Austrian. Definitely a bad experience that broke our mood the final day of the trip. Won’t be stopping here again."
