"weather had been hot so air-conditioning was changed to cold prior to April, when temps dropped and it rained the rooms were cold with no way to heat them. Just a few niggles - the entertainment at night was WAY too loud, it would've been enjoyable if they turned the speakers down slightly or moved the speakers further away from the bar area. "The half board option was good, some thing were new everything and overall pretty good. Most of the staff were great, however some of the local staff such as those preparing food weren’t the most friendly. The non local staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the ground floor which was ok, nothing amazing however it was sufficient and was reasonably maintained. These looked a bit dated and can do with a refurb. "Does not make clear 1 en-suite upstairs with open spiral staircase and the second was down in a basement again spiral stairs plus steps, therefore anyone with reduced mobility cannot access these areas. Spoilt my holiday as an en-suite at my age is very important. The Villa itself clean but tired. Great location."
