The site is magnificent: A large field of olive trees, a hangmat, no view from the street, plenty of semi-shade and places to sit and at the center a nice 4 by 8m pool which is illuminated at night. "We were lucky to be the first guests in this house. The house is brand new, clean, beautifully tastefully furnished and every detail is also well thought out, from the bedding to everything you need in the bathrooms and kitchen. Heated swimming pool, large terrace with grill, lavender and rosemary bushes, everything makes for a nice vacation. The owner is very friendly and helpful. If we ever had any questions or queries, he was always quick to come to the rescue."

Sie war sauber, ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Im Hof gab es einen Grill und einen großen Tisch, den wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. "Unser Apartment Nr. 6, war im ordentlichen Zustand. Ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett,einen mit 2 Einzelbetten.In der offenen Wohnküche noch eine ausklappbare Couch. Kleine zweckmäßige Küche, Etwas wenig Geschirr und kein Spüllappen/Handtuch"

"We had a nice stay. The checkin was perfect and Kristina had perfectly prepared the villa for us. Although the house is not directly at the beach, you can reach beauiful beaches and cities quickly. We will definitely come back."

Comfortable Villa with private pool and sauna near Zadar, Croatia

Just wow! Amazing villa and stay in Croatia

"We loved our stay here! Everything was exactly as described and better - the villa is modern, spacious and very well equipped. We appreciated that there was towels for the pool, the air conditioning and loved all of the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool is the perfect size and our two teens spent many hours having fun in there. It is peaceful and we loved the hammocks were you can enjoy an afternoon snooze in the shade. The pool table was a huge hit as was the table tennis and the bikes. The villa is also very well placed for visiting close by beaches in Privlaka and we adored Nin which is great for its restaurants and quirky shops. We went out most nights to watch the beautiful sunsets and had a special day out to Krka National Park which has stunning waterfalls and we even got the chance to hold a tortoise! Overall, our holiday in Croatia was wonderful. We would love to return to this villa one day again - thank you for a fantastic stay!"
