"Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service! We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn, especially thanks to the amazing customer service. A big shoutout to Ms. Louis—she was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout our stay. Initially, we booked one room for two adults and our two teenagers, which came with one double bed and a sofa bed. The only issue? Our teens—a boy and a girl—don’t always get along (typical sibling stuff!), and one of them even volunteered to sleep on the floor to avoid conflict. When we mentioned this to Ms. Louis, she immediately looked into a solution for us. Despite it being a busy Saturday near Europa Park, she worked her magic and found us two rooms across from each other, each with twin beds for the kids. It only cost a little extra, and it was absolutely worth it. Her effort truly made a difference in our stay! The rooms were a good size, very clean, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel overall was well-maintained and welcoming. As for a couple of suggestions: the AC could be stronger—it was a bit weak, though we still slept comfortably. Also, having a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room would be a nice touch, especially for late-night snackers like us. That said, we had no complaints at all. Thank you, Holiday Inn—we’ll definitely be back! "

"Nice quite area"

"Always a welcome break on our journey from Calais to Italy. Very big garden area for our dog and in warmer weather there is a swimming pool, Spa cabin and boule pitch. Joèlle on reception and Jocylene who was responsible for the rooms helpful. Although the hotel is next to the main road it was not noisy and had plenty of parking spaces, plus this area was secured at night."

"We have been staying at this Ibis twice a year for 16 years, and have always been happy with the service. It is our mid journey stop and we welcomed the addition a few years ago of the opportunity to have a hot meal too. We travel with our dog and have never had a problem in that respect. We will continue to use this hotel in the future. Its location next to the M83 is ideal as we just pull off the motorway, have a meal and a good sleep, and then drive straight back on to the motorway to continue our journey. "
