Large & Inviting Townhome in Walkable Location - Perfect for Large Groups!

Puamana 25B is an updated and comfortable home-away-from-home that has plenty of space for large groups to spread out! Located right in the center of Princeville, your cozy retreat is filled with island charm, while offering walking access to some of the North Shore's best spots. There are 3 bedrooms, the master suite downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, a comfortable and open living and dining area adjoined with a fully equipped kitchen, and three private lanais for you to enjoy the temperate weather, and some beautiful sunsets.

Situated perfectly for you to be able to walk to everything in Princeville, Puamana 25B is a fabulous jumping off point for your island adventures. Anini Beach, home to Hawaii's longest coral reef, and one of the best beaches on the island, is just a brief 8 minute hike away on a shady path. Anini is perfect for swimmers of all ages thanks to the calm waters, and the snorkeling here is great! The Princeville Shopping Center is only 15 minutes away on foot, and has a Foodland grocery store, plus enough dining options to satisfy even the pickiest eaters in your party! You can also visit the farmer's market every Saturday morning, and grab a treat, or some fresh locally-grown produce, before enjoying the free Saturday afternoon hula show. The Westin Resort is even closer to Puamana, only 2 minutes across a little foot bridge, and offers access to a Starbucks, grab and go minimart, and upscale dining at the Nanea restaurant (head over for happy hour deals from 3-5!). For even more retail therapy and dining, the picturesque island town of Hanalei is a quick 10 minute drive away, as are the iconic beaches and crystal clear waters of Hanalei Bay. For a quieter experience away from the crowds we recommend checking out the Kilauea Point Lighthouse and beautiful nature preserve just a short drive away.

If you prefer to relax more and do less, the Puamana complex is well-equipped for you to enjoy a peaceful staycation! Spend the day lounging by the pool with a cocktail (plastic cups only, please!), enjoy an evening stroll along the golf course greenbelt, or soak up a sunset from your lanai. After your stay here, you'll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Although Puamana is great for walkers, if you're looking to explore the rest of the island you'll definitely need a rental car. Drive time to the East Side (where the airport is located) is roughly 50 minutes, and to the South Shore is about 75 minutes.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, however there are fans in each room and screen doors on the lanais to help with airflow throughout the house.

To access the two upstairs bedrooms, you must be able to go up and down one flight of stairs. There are no elevators.

Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

Easy place to stay
This unit was just right for our family. We enjoyed the easy walk to Princeville Town Center, easy access to Hanalei and Anini. The boogie boards and surfboard were a treat! The management company was super responsive on the couple of issues/questions we had.

Surprisingly quiet with close neighbors and roofing construction happening in the area. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and updated amenities. Fans and open windows kept the place cool enough with no A/C for a February visit.

Perfect fit!
Just the right size for us! We had 3 couples stay in this Condo and it worked out perfectly! The location was a little bit away from all the things we did so we spent some time on the road but it was well worth it based on the price!

Peaceful and relaxing
I found 25B to be a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. There was roofing going on in the complex while I was there, but I couldn't hear anything from the condo. The sofa was great to relax on at the end of the day, the shower was huge, and all the local residents I met were very friendly. Plenty of fans to keep it cool inside on warmer days too.

Finally made it to Paradise
We had a great trip! The property was very spacious and very nice on the inside. We were a short drive to Hanalei Bay which was beautiful with several restaurants and shops. Princeville Center was also nice. If I could make any recommendations it would be the outside sitting could use a little more cleaning. Otherwise the place was perfect and I would stay here again!

Beautiful Kauai
We had a nice time here in Kauai. A couple of downsides to this property, the dryer and tv remotes did not work. There were no dish towels in the kitchen, and the bathrooms really could have used a small rug at the shower entrances. Overall though, a nice property with a great pool.

Lovely Vacation Villa
The villa is as advertised. It's inside a Marriott resort but not part of it. Not much is walking distance so you'll need a car. The resort has a restaurant and market but were not open as advertised. We were there a bit off season so that might be why. The Villa had some nice extras that were handy. Beds are comfortable and place was clean and nicely decorated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Puamana is a nice complex situated in the Princeville area on the North Shore, one of the most beautiful areas of the world. It is not far from the beach and other amenities. Our unit (25B), was large enough for the entire family and everyone had their own room and space. Lots of beach supplies available, the cooler came in handy daily. Overall I would recommend the rental to all my family and friends.

NO AIR-CONDITIONING
You need to make it crystal clear that there is no air conditioning. Most people assume when going to a tropical island it will be warm and air conditioning is a must. The first impression when we arrived to the property was that it was a low income housing project in the city. Other areas in the community appeared to be nicer. Area was nice though. Compared to other properties we have stayed, this didn't compare.

Great Stay!
Another fantastic vacation in beautiful Kauai! The condo was decorated so cute, and was well-stocked for anything we needed during our stay. The only "complaint" we could have was the couch was a little long in the tooth and so uncomfortable, but who wants to sit on the couch in Kauai anyway?! LOL!! The location of the unit within the property was great because it was near the pool for the days when we wanted something a little more chill than the beach. We have only ever stayed on the north shore, and found ourselves driving to the south and west shore a few days - a trip out with Capt Andy's, a day at Waimea, and once to find the sun for a beach day. Just know it will take well over an hour to go to the canyon etc - but you cannot beat he scenery for the commute! And I really feel like the north is just so breathtakingly beautiful!! I love Kauai and cannot wait to visit again!!

We have stayed in Princeville many times in different rental properties.Princeville as a location is great. Compared to previous stays we were a little less impressed with this property. Overall the place was very clean, spacious, and the 3 sleeping spaces were perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. The communal swimming pool is quite small compared to the other properties in the area. At this specific rental, the outdoor furniture was rusty and broken, so no breakfasts outside were possible. The dryer was broken when we arrived (but was fixed after 3 days). We experienced some heavy rain showers, and the property roof had a small leak that left the inside stairs damp.The management company was quite friendly and helpful. It may well be that the next renters see none of these issues.

Relaxing condo
We enjoyed our stay! The interior was very clean and nice. Bathrooms excellent and beds comfy. The outside patio wasn’t kept up. Could use a consistent cleaning to be as welcoming as the picture. Overall, we had a great time.

Little piece of Paradise.
Loved this place. Lots of room and storage closet and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed. Nice short drive to Hanalei which we loved.
