Incredible condo in magical place
Fantastic property and responsive host. Loved so many things about the condo. Incredible views, great kitchen amenities and grill, convenient snorkel gear, very spacious for family of 4. So many options in Kauai and this was our perfect home base. Hideaway Beach was a short walk away, make sure your hands are free on the trail as the guided ropes are a must for most. The payoff upon arriving at the beach is unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property is exactly as advertised. Wonderful stay with our family (kids 13 and 11). Hosts were super responsive, and property was fully stocked with everything you would need. We were sad to leave.

Perfect Kauai Condo
This was a perfect base for our stay in Kauai. The location was excellent - a short walk to the 1 Hotel for breakfast and an easy drive to all the Princeville/Hanalei restaurants and activities. Hideaway Beach is a short hike from the property. The condo is spacious and very comfortable for a family of four. The view is incredible. The pool was never crowded and always warm. We would gladly stay there again!

Kauai Getaway
The condo is lovely with an amazing view. My daughters and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The "walk"down to Hideaway Beach is an adventure, but totally worth it :). Big shout out to the hiking pole which came in handy for my hike in Ha'ena State Park!

Kauai Vacation
We loved our vacation in Kauai and especially the condo and property. The proximity to North Kauai's beaches, Hanalei, The Na Pali Coast Trail, Princeville and Kilauea was great. Paul was a great host with good communication about the condo. Looking forward to a return trip!

Perfect Location & Stay
We stayed here on our family vacation and I have to say that it may be the best property that we have ever been to. First of all, the location and view is unbeatable. Secondly, the property has everything you could need. From the Keurig to oils, cooking spices, plenty of towels and a washer & dryer, we felt right at home. Everything from the beds, furniture, linens, deck chairs were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot in Princeville
We were 4 adults for 3 nights. Beautifully decorated immaculately clean unit. We didn't opt to cook but the kitchen was well appointed with a nicely stocked pantry. We enjoyed the proximity to 1 for dining and public beach access just left of 1's guard shack. Breakfast buffet there is excellent. We would happily stay at this place again absolutely no complaints.

Great Spot in a Great Location
We stayed on both the north and south shores of Kauai on our trip ... We highly recommend the Princeville area, and this condo is a big reason why. It was a perfect fit for us. The views and the amenities were spectacular. The hosts were very attentive too.

It was an incredible place to stay! The ocean views are breathtaking and then mountains out the front door. Everything was spotless with all the conveniences of home. Kitchen was well-stocked. We saw whales from the balcony. It was a very peaceful getaway!

Kauai Perfection
The pictures donā€™t do the property justice. The property is impeccable, the views of the ocean are extraordinary, and the location is perfect. The property is as close as you can be to Hideaway Beach, very close walking distance to Hanalei Bay, and walking distance to Queens Bath. We had a wonderful time and canā€™t wait to get back!

Lovely property, well stocked with the amenities
We were hoping to find a location with an ocean view, plus proximity (listen to the surf), a pool, a kitchen (my wife is vegan, so we planned on cooking a good portion of our meals). This property had it all. Clean, with a well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. we had a wonderful stay, and I cannot think of anything that was missing.

Absolutely Amazing
The condo and the views were amazing! We will definitely be returning to Kauai and staying for a longer time in THIS condo! Stop searching for condos in Princeville because they donā€™t come any better than this oneā€¦ beautifully furnished, breathtaking views, immaculately well kept, and stocked with anything you may need. The owners have thought of everything!! If I could rate the condo above a 5, I would!!

Great Location
The location of the condo was awesome, the sunsets were spectacular. Condo very clean and provided all necessities . We loved all the windows. There were a couple very minor issues (light bulbs burned out, screen off track and couldn't close, fan over table didn't work) but no air condition, even with all the fans was a bit uncomfortable. We did have a great time and next time we won't come in the rainy season.

Best Sunset view in Island
Unless youā€™re camping out in the Na Pali Coast, there is no better sunset view in the island. This was our 6th time in Kauai, and 4th time staying at PuuPoa. And still remains our favorite place on the island to stay. This unit was fantastic, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had all the amenities neededā€¦. and the AC was an added bonus. Always recommend Hideaway Beach (even though itā€™s no longer the hidden gem it used to be); itā€™s still one of the best snorkeling spots in Kauai. We had a swim with turtles every morning- canā€™t beat that!!! We spent our days roaming the island, but always returned for sunset dinner on the Lanai!!! Always a magical experience!!!

Absolutely wonderful!
We had such a fantastic time staying here in Kauai - everything was seamless! Enough can't be said about the owners; Paul was so quick to answer all of my questions (both prior to and during our stay) and went out of his way to make our visit outstanding! Everything in the condo was as pictured, the views were stunning, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need for cooking, and the unit was stocked with everything we'd need for the week. We liked the location - right in Princeville for groceries and some restaurants, a quick (though steep) walk to our favorite beach of our vacation (Hideaways Beach - the path is just outside the condo, amazing snorkeling and gorgeous views!) and a great walking/running path right outside. We ended up driving to Hanalei every day for its amazing restaurants, fun shopping and more beaches, which was only 12 minutes away, so we felt very centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do. We can't wait to come back!
