Welcome to your own private island oasis! The Hanalei Bay Villas are one of the premier locations in Princeville. This private and detached villa is nearby to world class beaches, walking trails, and golf. Just minutes to Princeville Park and Shopping Center, which provides shopping, eateries, grocery store, and more. Visit 'Anini Beach, Hanalei Bay, local farmers markets, Ke'e Beach, and more! The perfect retreat for family and friends, you will love this home away from home in Princeville.

This spacious villa includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The bright and airy master suite has a lovely king size bed, TV, a private bathroom and its own lanai (patio) overlooking Hanalei Bay. The 2nd bedroom has 2 comfortable twin size beds and a TV.
This private villa also includes a comfortable living room with comfy sofa and seating area, HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking, and private access.

This is one of the most beautiful settings you'll ever experience. Breath-taking view, lovely, comfortable house, short hike to a wonderful beach. Very responsive management team. Wish we could stay forever.

Property was lacking in the kitchen (no spices, sparse cookware), and many dishes were dirty as were other spots around the villa.

Comfortable, charming villa with great mountain view in Princeville.
This villa was well-equipped and admirably finished and furnished. Best for a couple with two kids. Great views of the mountains from both levels. Everything was well thought-out and documented in advance. There were no surprises, just how I like it. Overall well-maintained with a few items showing their age. Set of books and puzzles in villa was more than nice to have and very appreciated. We left one more puzzle for future occupants. We had a great time there and will remember it.

The view is specacular! Especially after the rain, waterfalls everywhere. Living furniture is looks unclean and uncomfortable. most of the blinds don't work. The ability to texted with management would be helpful. They don't respond or call back. Thank you for our stay

A home away from home.
Just waking up to the sights is well worth the money especially every morning, its just paradise. Looking down at the golfers try their best! The bay in the background. The birds come to say hello im the morning at the deck while you're having a cup of coffee. The geckos come in the afternoon. The breeze in the night. The starry night. The closeness to the beautiful hideaway beach(10 minutes incluing climb) a coupl of blocks to check out the spectacular sunsets. The list goes on and on. It's aa little pricey but worth it. If you can afford it you won't regret it. Would love to cone back soon!

It will be even better when the 1Hotel (former St. Regis) is open which was closed for renovation when we were there. It's a great location for exploring the north shore and just hanging out. It's very close to Hanalei, Anini Beach, Kilauea, etc. It would be nice if some simple condiments like salt and pepper and sugar packets were provided. The condo was very clean and the managements website for booking was excellent. The daily updates of things going on the island was a nice touch. The pocket door on the upstairs bathroom could us a little work as it is hard to close.

Oceanfront staff are non-responsive to customer needs. I’ve rented this villa many times over the years, but will hesitate to do so again. If I were the owner, I’d change the rental agency managing rentals for this property asap.

You also cannot beat the view and it was amazing to wake up to everyday. Although this unit did not have AC, it is absolutely not a problem since the evenings are cool.

The accomodation was very clean, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen with good equipment, everything we needed was there, also beachtowels, sunshade and bodyboard! It was a once in a lifetime experience! We were more than happy and satisfied. The negative aspects were that the chickens made annoying noises during the night, so sleeping was always disturbed, because they were directly below the house in the trees! And the neighbourhood golfcourse was being mowed before 6 am! This was quite annoying! And the construction works nearby were also very noisy! This made sleeping quite hard!

It is unfortunate that there is not an outdoor hose or spigot to wash sand and mud off of feet and equipment before entering. I would also have liked to have indoor mats to wipe feet on since it frequently rains on the north shore. The kitchen could be better stocked with items such as oven mitts, trivets, etc. These are only minor complaints though since my family of 4 loved the house!

The management crew was very good for any questions. Just bring lots of earplugs, since the roosters start crowing at 4:30 AM and they seem to love the area under the balcony of the condo. The overall quality of the unit, though very clean, was not up to the price of the unit.
