This newly renovated spacious 1 BdRm condo with Master bedroom and 1.5 bathroom plus loft is located in the Resort Community of Princeville. Relax with your morning coffee on the large lanai before heading out to enjoy your Kauai day. This condo has a fully equipped, up to date kitchen with new black and stainless cooktop stove, Blender, toaster, rice cooker - steamer and crock pot. Newly tiled walk in shower, bathroom and vanity. This unit provides a Reserved Parking Space. Beach chairs and cooler are also included. A wide variety of activities are literally right out the door, Princeville Makai Golf course and tennis courts are across the street. Hideaways Beach for swimming and snorkeling is within walking distance. The Princeville walking - jogging path will lead you to sunset views overlooking the North Shore. Beautiful Hanalei Bay and Kauai's North Shore are only 10 minutes away by car.

Was happy to be back! We enjoyed our stay at the condo second time and definitely will be back next year! The place is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, we enjoyed making breakfast in the morning, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast. It very nice to have washer and dryer next to the kitchen, we used it often. Same as last time, it was nice to have extra blanket and pillows in the closet. Thank you Mike for hosting us.

Our stay was great! The Princeville area is super nice to stay in, and the condo had everything we needed to cook and go to the beach. I didn't realize it didn't have AC, but the weather was mild, they had fans, and it actually got pretty chilly in the evening, so it was comfortable. Big, and great condo for our stay!
