NEW ON THE MARKET! QUIET and PEACEFUL on the edge of a bluff overlooking the Pacific. Soak up the unspoiled ocean air and magnificent breathtaking blue water horizon, ultimate beauty and peace. And from each room observe the most magical colors of sunset over ocean every evening.

Wake up to colorful sunrise, enjoy coffee on the lanai listening to waves rolling on the bluff just below the condo. Have privilege to watch whales playing in the ocean from each room during early spring months.

Ali'i Kai surrounding is beautiful lushy tropical landscape with many variety of plants and foliage including palm trees, birds of paradise, hibiscus, and plumeria trees. Ali'i Kai features a resort-style pool, as well as tennis court privileges at the Makai Tennis Club. There are BBQs in several locations, the closest is just 200 steps away by the pool. Ali'i Kai is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, great beaches, golf, and many of Kauai's best outdoor sights and adventure experiences, but remains very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and the wind. For enthusiasts Turtle Cove is very short walk within the condo complex.

The condo is second floor which is top floor with no noise from above, a big bonus for peaceful evenings and light sleepers. It is an open and airy, furnished (renovated) in a contemporary clean style, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, comfortably furnished living area, and lanai. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed, both with very comfortable mattresses. Both bathrooms are newly renovated. Both bedrooms and Living room all have Smart TVs with Spectrum cable and streaming highspeed Internet. All rooms have A/C and ceiling fans, as well as ample windows if you want the ocean breeze flowing through. The Washer & Dryer is NEW. There is ample free parking directly in front of the condo. We provide laundry detergent, cooking spices, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, cooler and snorkeling gear.

Very nice rental with gorgeous sea view
Very much enjoyed our stay in this rental. The views over the ocean from the lanai and the bedrooms were amazing. The condo is furnished very tastefully (we loved the colour combinations) and was perfect for our family of 3 adults. All necessities were provided, including a good selection of beach equipment- we made good use of the beach chairs, towels and umbrella! Would definitely stay here again - especially for that view.

Great Hosts and Location
This place is awesome! My wife, granddaughter and I stayed here in June 2024. It is right on a cliff overlooking the Pacific and is within a 10 minute drive of shopping and restaurants in Hanalei. It has a great pool and lots of walking paths and comes with everything you might need for a trip to the beach. We will be back.

It was lovely.
The view was amazing from every room. The condo is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. It was very clean with a bunch of adorable geckos scurrying about in the garden. Lots of chickens ready to wake you up and get your day going.

Amazing stay!

The property has incredible views from every room, it’s super clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with necessary items as well as some useful supplies for beach outings. This condo was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning (we saw some whales sitting on the lenai eating breakfast!!) and it had everything we needed. We were able to grocery shop, cook, go to beaches nearby. All in all a wonderful experience!

Condo is clean, quiet, well kept and has everything you need. Convenient north shore location close to the grocery store, farmers markets, and Hanalei Bay. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the lanai while gazing at the ocean.

Rainbows, whales and sunsets, oh my!
We just returned from a weeklong stay to celebrate my birthday. Our daughter and her boyfriend joined us and we had plenty of space in this well appointed condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds and furniture very comfortable. It was great to have air conditioning and fans to keep us comfortable too. But most of all everyone enjoyed the spectacular view from the living room and both bedrooms. We saw whales breaching, multiple sunsets, and so many rainbows. What a treat! The owner was so welcoming and sweet - brought us binoculars to enjoy the views even more and treated me to flowers, cheesecake and a bottle of prosecco on my birthday - what hospitality! We have visited the island 6+ times and love Princeville for its walking paths, secluded beaches, nearby restaurants and that Bali Hai view and sunsets which can’t be beat. Mesmerizing Views!
My family and I recently stayed at the most amazing condo and had such a positive experience! The location was prime, with breathtaking ocean views that we couldn't get enough of. Every morning, we were greeted by the sight of whales jumping in the distance while enjoying breakfast on the lanai. It was such a serene and peaceful setting. The condo itself was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to cook meals and enjoy them while admiring the stunning views. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was so clean and well-maintained. But what made our stay truly exceptional was the kindness and hospitality of the owner, Lucy. She was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home in her condo. Overall, our stay at this condo was beyond amazing and we can't wait to return. The combination of the incredible location, impeccable cleanliness, and wonderful owner made for a truly unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot.

Host was very helpful and when we took a wrong turn finding the property, they came out and met us to make sure we found the property and were able to get settled ok. Great views and close to Hanalei Beach. Great area for walking too. Only concern was kitchen was very small (but who wants to cook a lot on vaca anyway!).

Beautiful Property, Perfect for our Trip
The property was exactly as the pictures imply - beautiful and clean with an excellent remodel. While the unit is on the small side, it was perfect for our family and perfectly adequate. The ocean views are incredible. Sitting out on the balcony with a good cup of coffee each morning was the perfect start to each day. We even saw multiple whales with their calves swimming in the waters just offshore. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and fully updated, and the furnishings and decor were all new throughout. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and communication with them was easy. Our only suggestion would be to add a Keurig coffeemaker to the kitchen. Excellent stay and we will definitely return!

Breathtaking Views
WOW ! This property has ocean views from the living room and two bedrooms. We live where we are land-locked. To sleep everynight to the sound of the actual ocean waves was amazing. I am so glad I chose this unit from other ones in the same complex because of the top floor views. The lower units (even being ocean front) views are blocked by the heavy vegetation. Beautifully decorated unit. All you need is your toothbrush. Everything is provided. Even snorkel gear beach chairs, towels...Everything provided is in such great condition you think its brand new. So nice to have tv's in both bedrooms & living room with both Cable & Smart TV. We remote work and the wifi was excellent. So was the desk provided in the master bedroom. Plenty of electrical extentions to plug in laptops...The owners have the true "ALOHA" spirit. They are so kind and caring. We visited during November (the rainy season). It was amazing to sit on the balcony and stay completely dry while watching the rain, rainbows & the ocean waves... The other plus is A/C that can be controlled individually from each bedroom and the living room. We did not have to use it much, being winter, but perhaps in the summer it may be needed at certain times of the day. The complex is quiet(except for the Roosters, they are everywhere on the Island) and excellenty maintained. Everything is clean and tidy. We look forward to staying again on our next Kauai vacation.
