Come enjoy my newly remodeled tropical island studio on Kauai's amazing north shore. Your perfect day starts with breakfast on the sunny and private East side lanai. Next, grab the beach toys, pack a cooler and roll down to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Come home and take a nap in the cool AC and then go down the street to Watch the sun set over Bali hai view. Top the evening off with a barbecue by the pool-side and a mai tai. There’s also always night time fun at places like Tiki Iniki or the famous Tahiti Nui down the hill in Hanalei.
The tiled bathroom feels like a jungle spa -for those who like the idea of jungle camping but want to be sheltered and pampered.
As the evening cools down you make yourself comfortable on the king size bed situated to watch your choice of entertainment on the the flatscreen smart TV under the ceiling fan. Or maybe you'd like to sit out under the party lights on the private living room-like and enjoy the breeze from the ceiling fan.
The modern kitchenette that includes all the basics you'll need for prepping small meals, and you always have the choice of numerous wonderful restaurants within a mile. You'll find a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles on the lanai for your use, and even my hand-drawn map for special place to hike to right from your unit.
The North Shore of Kauai is unparalleled in it's beauty and my little 'piece of paradise' will make your stay just right! Tranquil, relaxing and comfortable. I promise you'll LOVE it!
I also pride myself in helping to customize trips to hike on my favorite trail in the world; the Kalalau. Let me know your itinerary and I may be able to arrange shuttles to the trail head, store your luggage, or even give you trekking poles to borrow.

Before travel to Kauai please be sure to check ant travel restrictions on our county website. Also, be informed regarding access to Hanalei and north by visiting Hi.dot.Hawaii.gov. Finally, you’ll find my hybrid car And many others on Turo and I’ll give you a discount if you book with me.

Location in primo!
This stay was simply wonderful and everything as expected. The property is fantastic and the location is magical. The grounds and the surrounding areas are great if you like to jog and enjoy a beautiful view. The location in proximity to Hanalei is unmatched. Bed was beyond comfortable and the lanai was an oasis in itself. Kim made everything so comfortable and I would come and stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Space in Paradise
If you’re looking to stay in the North Shore—this place will not disappoint! It went above and beyond our expectations, and had everything we needed for our week-long stay to explore and bask on the beaches of Kauai. The aesthetic patio/lanai was our favorite part of the place and we enjoyed slow mornings with tea and light breakfast. The apartment is conveniently located near beautiful must-visit beaches, historic areas, and delicious restaurants. Kimberlee is a fantastic host and did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable. She’s super accommodating and would love to return again for another stay in the future :)

Cozy studio
The studio is very cozy and located in a very nice and quiet community. The patio provides extra space to enjoy the meals and to relax at night. The place also provides all the necessary water activities gears, such as, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, boogies boards. The host, Kimberlee always provide timely responses and offers helps. Enjoyed the stay.

Watching the rain in the lanai
What a great place. The nearness to the beaches on North Shore is excellent with ability to hike right from the place. Kimberlee was so great at communicating from start to finish. The only thing we needed was a bigger kitchen knife to cut up some of our Hawaiian fruit… we did not use the snorkeling gear as it was a little rough and rainy during our stay. All other gear was awesome….

Convenient for North Side
The North Side is lovely. We chose the location for proximity to the Danali Coast/hiking which was amazing! We had expected/hoped the beach access to be better/easier but we did find our way to Sea Lodge Beach (thorough private property!) and Hideaways. Both are very steep climbs down/up and not for the faint-hearted. The studio was very clean and it was nice to have poles, chairs etc available. In terms of food, plan to have breakfast or light lunch as it is a little challenging to make dinner (although ordering in works).

Perfect bit of paradise
After having a few adventurous days on the south side, I came up north for some quiet relaxation and got that with this condo. The lanai was my favorite part of the condo. It was spacious, comfortable, breezy, and relatively private with the shade down. It was perfect to drink coffee on in the morning, or to enjoy some takeout in the evenings. If you want a place on the north shore that is calm and relaxing, this is the perfect location.

Beautiful location
The owner of this location was truly lovely and very prompt with everything. I’m super grateful for all of her help. This was a great place to stay. I definitely recommend it! It had all the amenities. If you want to go to a place on North Shore, looking for some time alone and want access to a pool a hot tube, this is the place for you!

Honeymoon in Kauai
It was perfect. The location allowed easy access to Hanalei and Kīlauea. Plenty of space and the amenities helped save money. The Snorkel gear was GREAT. The place was very clean and the vibe was perfect. The Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better time on the North side of Kauai thanks to the Host and their amazing place.

Peaceful vacation rental
This property was exactly what we were looking for! It was quiet, clean, beautiful, and RELAXING!! It came with serval amenities both indoor (cookware and guide books) as well as outdoor (beach chairs, cooler, snorkels). The lanai was our favorite place to start the day drinking tea and coffee and to end the day eating dessert under the party lights! Kimberlee was an AMAZING host who was always responsive and helpful with any questions we had! She was always friendly and had a great sense of humor! We will defiantly recommend this spot to our friends and family who head to Kauai!

Awesome little condo!
The pictures don't do the property justice. The bed was super comfy, the towels soft and place was small but cozy. Everything you would need for 2 people. It is on the second floor but super quiet. Kimberlee is a great responsive host!
