Best stay possible!
It was our first family vacation with our 9 month old daughter and the place was so well stocked with everything we needed for our family. The place was so clean and updated and having the separate upstairs and downstairs living was awesome as we brought my mom and she was able to have her own space when she wanted. Would stay here again and again.

Great townhouse in a great location
We had a fantastic time in Kauai and the house was a perfect home base for our Christmas vacation. Very clean and new and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the island. A great place and I highly recommend it!

Princeville Kaua’i
Staying in Kaua’i on the north shore in Princeville was the BEST! The Vrbo had everything we needed for beach days and we loved the location. The Condo was clean with plenty of supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect, and the rental was spotless. Very easy check-in. It had everything we needed, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the North Shore of Kauai!

Lovely well stocked unit. Plenty of beach and kitchen supplies. Princeville itself is mostly condos and golf. Have to hunt a bit for access to local beaches. Have to drive to big beautiful Hanalei Bay beach.

Great condo in Princeville
This was a wonderful find - a beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, well-located and comfortable place to stay on the north shore of Kauai. So amazing!
This was place was just wonderful. It was perfect for 2 couples to have plenty of space. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The area was beautiful and we loved the Princeville location. We found some amazing beaches for snorkeling so the equipment at the place was very much appreciated. We didn't need anything but Andrea checked on us anyway and gave us some tips for restaurants and activities.

Wonderful condo. We loved it.
We have stayed in numerous VRBO’s over the years. This unit is our favorite one so far. Every amenity you can imagine is provided. The unit has super comfortable beds and is squeaky clean. Splendid
Even better in person. The rental itself and the greater community where it’s located, absolutely splendid. Two living areas on separate floors cannot be beat. Allowed the Mrs. and I plenty of our own space and privacy. All of the day to day living and beach essentials needed! Not walking distance but grocery, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, waterfalls, famous landmarks, and beaches just minutes away!

This townhome was beautiful, immaculately clean with comfortable beds and in a great location. It is perfect for up to 4 people with two living areas on separate floors. Every amenity you can imagine is provided. We especially loved the outdoor equipment in the garage such as bikes, body boards, SUPs, surfboard, kayak, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, coolers and more! It is a short drive to great beaches, trails, restaurants, groceries and many sightseeing places. Andrea was a pleasure to communicate with, offering tips for restaurants and activities. Like most places on Kauai there may be roosters outside the townhome but Andrea provided earplugs in each bedroom which helped immensely. A great place that we highly recommend! Thanks Andrea!

Fully Equipped Home
We had a wonderful week in Princeville and at the nearby beaches, thanks to the location and amenities in this home. This house had everything we needed...comfortable beds, ample spaces, fully stocked kitchen and perhaps best of all, a garage full of all of the sports equipment you'll need to explore and have a great time outdoors. There is a surfboard, body boards, a kayak, bikes, a couple paddle boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear. Wow....amazing. You'll love this place.

We Head a good time
The appartment is perfectly equipped It is a very quite place, nicely furnished. The bed (so huge and 100% comfy) makes a good nights rest absolutely possible. Nice to find a little gift at the arrival, some leftovers in the fridge made it unescessary to buy everything. We were very happy to have found this place to stay. We had a little reason to get in touch with Andrea. She was optimal in finding a smart solution. The only suggestion we have: the wine fridge could have a better position in the basement, as it emitts warm air and noise and (for us) needs not to be in the main room, where one spends the most time Andrea gave us the feeling to be very welcome, the communcation at any stage of the booking was personal and fast. We hope to get the opprtunity to return in the future.

The unit was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen as well as having a garage that included ample toys and equipment to use throughout the island. The master bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The owner was quick to reply to our correspondence. For as much space as there is in the unit, there are some odd tight spaces, mainly due to oversized doors in the upstairs bathrooms. In the master toilet and shower “room”. You cannot enter or exit the shower without the bathroom door closed all the way. The rest of the master bath space is big, including the double sink and nice sized tub. The walk in closet is also plentiful. We worked around the master shower quirkiness by utilizing the second shower downstairs. Ultimately the other amenities provided by the owner made it worth it to us. Proximity to the north shore is excellent and the neighborhood was great.

Wonderful condo 🌺
Andrea’s condo was amazing. It was clean, had any convenience that you may have at home and so much more. Her garage was full of beach accessories. My daughter and boyfriend enjoyed the bikes to go around Princeville. We love the pool at Nihilani after a long day of hiking or exploring the canyon. I will definitely book again with Andrea. She was easy to communicate with and truly cares about your stay. Thank you Andrea 🌺
