This house was very spacious. It had everything we needed to make our time on Kauai amazing. Located very close to grocery, ice cream, restaurants and shops. And just a 5 -10 minute drive to the beaches.

This unit was more than I hoped for. I rarely deviate from where I usually stay in Kauai for fear I might get a lemon, but this unit was perfect. I loved the floor plan! It provided privacy from other guests( we had an infant with us, never him cry. THe unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was decorated beautifully.

This was a clean, comfortable, attractive property!
Loved the home and attractive, tasteful furnishings! It was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood! The only thing that was disappointing was the traffic right outside our front/back door and yard! This was largely due to road and hotel construction in the Princeville area.

It is in a peaceful and quite area of Princeville. The Rental is gorgeous and filled with beautiful Art and Hawaii style furniture. The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and extras for our beach comfort.I fully recommend this vacation rental and will definitely return in the future. We had a awesome time together and thourally enjoyed our vacation on Kauai.

The majority of the furniture was very nice, except for the coffee table, it’s looks not good and is patched up, quite ugly. The sheets on the upstairs bed are old and needs replacing badly, no extras. The proximity to the road is pretty noisy most of daylight hours. The jacuzzi at the pool never worked. Kitchen was ok but needed things like cutting boards, storage containers. Suggested check out time of 10 am is ridiculous. The complex is quite nice . I would rate 7.5 out of 10. You could do better but cost will be higher.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was fantastic and size of the property was perfect. Probably my fault for not reading the description closer but the property does not have AC and it was unbearably hot. We weren't able to stay there during the hot hours of the day. We also had a few bug issues (giant flying cockroach in my sons bedroom in the middle of the night) and then the next night the battery in a smoke alarm went out so we had to scramble in the middle of the night to find batteries (thank goodness there was a spare in the pantry). Also, it seems like they might have had a problem in the past with vacationers taking supplies. We were fine but I was nervous all week that we were going to run out of toilet paper and paper towels and other supplies as there was little to no backstock. But- the three bedrooms and bathrooms were a treat and the location was incredible. Pending upon your tolerance for the no air conditioning, this could be a great place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the management team is very responsive and provided excellent service. The unit is very nice and we travel quite a bit.however: There is one bit of info I wish I had before renting. There is a busy street right outside of the unit...about 30 or 40 feet. Hundreds of cars drive by every day. For people that don't like hearing cars, this isn't ideal. The road does get closed off from 9pm to 6am.. however, some cars still drive by... then they get to the gate and then have to turn around so you hear the same car twice. If you're not there much, not a big deal but if you like to sleep past 6 am and don't like road noise, just be aware of this. there are other units at this property that aren't right on the road which I feel would be more my speed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the North Shore of Kauai, so although this was a bit separated from the South, it was still perfect for us. The rooms and layout were great--the bedrooms are completely private from one another and my senior mother was able to negotiate the minimal stairs of the split level design. It was also roomy enough we could comfortably host a dinner (the kitchen is very well equipped) with our extended family who were staying nearby, and they wished they were in our condo, too! We also enjoyed the several small town centers with restaurants and markets that were just a few minutes in any direction. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the lanai in the company of little red cardinals. If we make it back to Kauai in the near future, I don't think I'd stay anywhere else.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this rental for 11 days over Christmas 2022 and New Year’s 2023. The home is quite spacious but a little rundown. Cabinets are damaged and show age. The house was not very clean, stove top, kitchen floor, lamps were dirty. The beds are not very comfortable waking through out every night with back pain. The roosters crow all night making it hard to sleep.
