Mississippi Hideaway- Beautiful River Views! Relax & Unwind in this cozy 3 Bdrm.

We would love to host you and your family at our Mississippi Hideaway! Located along the River in Princeton, IA you will experience beautiful views of the River from almost every room. House is 8 minutes North of Historic Le Claire, IA which offers great shopping, dining, and recreation. Local restaurants and river access make this a great small-town spot to get away and enjoy the river life. Wi-fi included and self check-in after 4 pm.

The front porch is one highlight of the home as it is a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Completely screened in and furnished with a swing and lounging chairs you will overlook the main channel of the Mississippi River. You will experience barges, boaters, and wildlife along the river. Just off the front porch, the Living Room also offers great views through two large picture windows facing the river.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, and cooking utensils. Plastic dishware is available for kids.

All 3 bedrooms offer closet space with room for hanging clothes- hangers are also provided. Bedroom #2 offers a small 3-drawer dresser.
This is a two level home and all 3 bedrooms are upstairs.

Small desk and chair are available for a workspace.

There is plenty of space for kids to play both inside or out in the back yard. Back deck offers cushioned patio chairs, table, and gas grill.

Two nearby bar/restaurants within walking distance of the house. Go Fish Marina Bar and Grill is right on the water and has live music from time to time. Great atmosphere! Kitchen Three 33 Kitchen & Bar is also on the water and offers games such as darts and shuffleboard. Kitchen Three 33 also has designated space for private events.

Public fishing is available next to go fish with a great fishing pier and a small park.
Many outdoor and nature activities available in the area and ways to experience the Mississippi River.

Trains are a part of our historic river towns. There is an active track that runs through town behind the house.
