"We loved our stay at this home. We spent 5 nights In the apartment. It is perfectly located in the Kingston Foreshore precinct with Lake views and minutes to the cafes, restaurants and lake Burley Griffin. We travelled with our two toy cavoodles. The access and parking were very convenient. The apartment was well appointed. My 89 year old parents joined us for two nights and were comfortable and had easy lift access. We will return."

"Location excellent for our needs - especially eating out on a rainy night. Saffron was much enjoyed. So was the apartment - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it very comfortable. Tricky finding our way around - parking, getting into the apartment, but our host was available to help. The one drawback - we all like to go out walking in the morning, but at different times. With only one fob to access the building and the elevator, we felt very restricted. For this group, we would look elsewhere next...

"First impressions of this property from the street and from its hallway entrance don't do justice to this newly renovated apartment. Its layout with 2 separate generous bedrooms and own ensuites couldn't have been better. Beds divinely comfortable, kitchen thoughtfully equipped, quiet location in pleasant neighbourhood. "We loved the property, and it was just what we were after for our stay in Canberra. Economical compared to hotel stays, and everything we needed for eating in if we wanted to. Lovely, quiet area; nice walks nearby; close to eateries, whilst being close to all Canberra attractions. Check in well explained, but you do need to closely follow instructions. Would stay again if we're coming to Canberra. Highly recommend."

"The carpet could do with replacement or a thorough clean in dining and lounge areas as it has dark stains imbedded into fabric Looks unclean As a safety concern there is a considerable trip hazard entering both bathroom doors as there is 30 mm rise from carpet to tiled floor There is a faulty hot plate control on job that renders the FRH element useless The clothes dryer is not the best as it cuts out after less than one hour on over heat and can’t be reset for a least another 2 hours.
