UPDATE! We now have Starlink Internet which is excellent for remote work, remote learning and for entertainment and communications during your stay.
Do you need a quiet, relaxing place to seek inspiration? Located in Primm, Springs just outside of Leipers Fork and an easy 45 minute ride from Nashville via multiple routes, this home is a comfortable retreat from all your worries. In spite of its rural and tranquil location this home is conveniently located to other local destinations such as Franklin, Nashville, The Natchez Trace Parkway, Spring Hill, Dickson, Fairview, Columbia, and Centerville. There are three bedrooms, but there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and we have some custom made barn doors that can be pulled shut to provide a separate private sleeping area at bedtime. Out back, you will find a covered, screened porch and a grill. A newly constructed deck overlooks the beautiful rock formations of the creek branch out back. In the yard we have a garden and a nice fenced in area for your dog. We are dog friendly. Any other pets are subject to approval. We have a well stocked kitchen so you can easily cook your own meals. Lovely serene spot
You will enjoy your stay if you want to rest and relax in the beautiful rural areas outside of Nashville. I attended a retreat for 3 1/2 days nearby and it was the perfect setting. I wish I had more time at the house but sleeping and eating dinner were great.

Peaceful Stay
We needed a place to stay for 10 days after our home burned. This place was so peaceful and the ripple of the stream across the street was very relaxing. The owners always responded quickly to our questions. We would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to relax.

Very relaxing country setting
Our family enjoyed our stay at the home. Had a cabin feel and was very quiet. Plenty of room for sitting and visiting. Kitchen and table allowed for enjoyable family time at meals. Had a very remote feel, however, we were able to get to most conveniences in 25-30 mins with highway 840 being pretty close. Also drove several backroads to explore.

A quiet redpite
We live only 30 minutes away and needed someplace to stay for 12 days while our home was having renovations completed after water damage. Our 2 cats - and us as well! - loved the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked, the sofa and beds were comfortable. Ann was great with answering questions and taking care of things. We loved it!

Great Place to Relax
I’ve stayed here many times with my mother and every time it is a joy to be here and in Tennessee. The seclusion of the house is great and the scenic drives around Leipers Fork are Fantastic. We enjoy the restaurants in Leipers Fork, Franklin and Nashville. We love this place and will be back again and again.

Best friends' getaway with four young boys
The property was well maintained and decorated and had everything you needed to make yourself comfortable. Plenty of land to run around on and explore which was great for our boys. Beautiful woods surround the house and a lovely screened porch can be enjoyed off the back. Adorable home!

Perfect getaway & best host ever
From the moment I booked my reservation, the host made me feel welcomed and supported. Daffodil Hollow is full of personality and nice surprises - travel books (who knew there were waterfalls in Tennessee?), local recommendations (like a nearby Iris garden), music & even food in the fridge/pantry. The cottage was clean, quiet, private and relaxing. I’m grateful to my host for giving me great reasons to visit again and explore. I’m excited to recommend the place to anyone who wants to have a memorable and comfortable stay.

Secluded
Very nice spot off the beaten path. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by creeks. Very private with almost zero vehicle traffic except for a school bus that had to use it to turn around. We didn't intend on staying at the house a lot but ended up really liking it...especially for the price! I've passed this location on to friends with dogs who might visit so definitely recommend.

Perfect Rest and Relaxation
We were looking to spend a few relaxing days in the Nashville vicinity. Hoping for a more remote location with relaxing atmosphere that allowed pets. The house and location were perfect and the fenced in yard was spectacular. House was very well stocked and communication with host was pleasurable and quick. Stayed here for a much needed vacation and to see a concert and were so pleased! The house was nicely decorated, clean and welcoming... right down to our morning coffee. The nice big yard was perfect for our Maltese. The property manager was prompt in communication and most accommodating. The neighborhood was very quiet and a nice bonus was hearing the nearby babbling creek, which was fun to explore. Thanks for everything!!

Perfect relaxing weekend
We came up to visit my grandparents for the holiday weekend. We were having a hard time finding a place that would allow us to bring our dog along. This house was perfect! When they say they have everything you need, they mean it. I loved the quiet area and the big fenced in back yard was perfect for the kids and dog. Check-in and out was a breeze. Host is very friendly and willing to make sure we had everything we needed.

Even though we only live approx 30 min from this property, we had to leave our home b/c the fireworks in our community terrorize our dogs (one of them has seizures). This home was remote which made our stay serene. It also reminded me of homes my family would rent in northern Wisconsin growing up in the 60's & 70's. I can definitely understand why this is a top rental.

Peaceful Property
We enjoyed a relaxing few days at the Primm Springs home. Ann greeted us upon arrival and provided a tutorial of the essentials along with some history of the house and surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to relax, create in the music room, and listen to the sounds of nature in the screened in porch. The property is well maintained and the location serves as a nice base to visit other nearby towns. We hope to be back sometime soon. Thanks, Ann and Larry, for the wonderful week.
