The summer months must be beautiful we travelled in mid October so we’re not able to experience all the amenities,pool etc."

"The accuracy of the list vs reality a total shocker. Arrived to a hot house full of bugs, no soap in bathroom, used sponge in the kitchen area, limited towels for three nights stay. Was notified that air conditioned was only in bedrooms and we had to pay on consumption. No where listed when we bought the stay!! Total disappointment!That was only arrival. Lost internet hot water and water service all in 2 days! Stinky water with bad smell was also a problem and all we got from host was how can help? When asked how to be compensated they advised this was a country experience! Not acceptable. Paid full price plus a/c for something I will not do again nor will recommend! Nightmare property!"

"The property is gorgeous. Brand new and modern. The pool is beautiful. Right when we walked in we were greeted by Fabio and offered 2 glasses of champagne and our bags were brought to our room. The room is beautiful and modern. The bathroom was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of free parking on site. Get the included breakfast. Eggs were made to order whatever time you woke up and were fantastic. Go to samania beach for a close nice beach with beds and sandy beach. I would recommend to go and see Santa Caterina beach and area. It was wow. I want to send a special message to Fabio the property manager. He went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and making reservations and recommendations for us all over puglia. His attention to detail was second to none and just a great nice guy. Thank you for everything Fabio and if I come through puglia again I will be sure to visit "

"Hosts were super helpful and available by txt or phone if needed. You need a car and a little patience with the Italian roads (and drivers) but really well located if you are OK to travel 30-50 mins"

"The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. Our family room was spacious and had an excellent jetted double shower which our 6 year old couldn't get enough of. The wifi wasnt very strong in our room and dropped out alot so my husband worked from the lobby a few times whilst there. The breakfast was OK for European standards. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"This Villa is just fantastic. It's really as good as the photos and is just a wonderful place to stay. We loved the peacefulness of the location, and the pool is amazing - just the right size for 8 of us. The kitchen is so well equipped, and the living room is really comfortable. Prior to us arriving Miriam - the owner was great in communicating quickly and efficiently in answering queries or advising on logistics of arrival. She very kindly arranged for some kids beach toys to be at the villa as my 4 year old daughter was desperate to make sandcastles on the beach. Similarly, Serina, the local contact for the property was amazing in making arrangements for our arrival and despite our late arrival (after 2am due to delays of flight and a long queue at the hire car place) waited for us to arrive and was wonderful in getting us checked in and making sure we had all we needed. Serena was always quick to respond to minor questions on how something worked or queries with the bins etc. She quickly (like within hours!) got us some bases for the umbrellas so we could sit round the pool in some shade. The location is rural and you definitely need a car to enjoy the area. We went on various day trips to Lecce, Locorotondo & Alberobello, and Matera, all of which I would recommend. We went to the beaches, but it was the shoulder season (late May) not everywhere was open. We loved Casa Ban and I recommend it without any hesitation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!"

Marisa e Mario vi hanno soggiornato apprezzando la fantastica struttura, la qualità del personale sempre gentilissimo ed una cucina gestita da uno chef di talento. Abbiamo lasciato Li Reni con tanta ammirazione e nostalgia. "
