"Phenomenal property !!!! I was so happy with our stay - which was sadly too short. This was merely a rest stop on the way to ski. But what an incredible surprise. Super friendly staff - the welcome was professional and so wonderful. The place is a castle and you feel transported to the Middle Ages. Real fast is excellent. Super comfortable. I will return !!! "A great hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel seems newly fitted and all food quality fixtures. Plenty of parking, easy access to motorways and comfortable, air-conditioned rooms. Their breakfast is good quality and value. We’ve stayed here twice and would stay again. Staff are friendly and very helpful."

"The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). Later, when paying for the city tax, it took her good 5 minutes to come up with a bill for €1,48. To top it off, the staff forgot to call us a taxi, despite being repeatedly reminded that we really need it to be there early morning, less we miss our flight. Luckily, an Uber was near and flight caught, but I will never set foot in this hotel again. "
