The hotel is fantastic, very modern but comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. The restaurant is fantastic & the quality of food was amazing. Service throughout the hotel was excellent too. "Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "

"Amazing hotel, we were very comfortable staying at Best Western hotel. The staff was welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean and comfortable. They have private parking which was for 10€ for 24 hours and breakfast for around 13€ but worth it! Will definitely stay again"
