"Wir waren zu 5 in diesem wunderschönen Apartment, sehr gepflegt und alles neu, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden... sehr freundliche Vermieter - wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool hervorragend, sogar ein Gasgrill wurde angeboten, alles Zimmer mit Klima. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"

"We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"Kleine Wohnung mit ausreichend Schlafplatz, im Übrigen alles da was man für die kurze Dauer braucht. Bis zum Strand muss man einwenig sportlich sein, aber dafür wird man mit schönen Plätzen in üppiger Auswahl belohnt. Ein Sternabzug für Meeresblick, da man dies aus unseren 5 Personen Apartment nur teils bewundern durfte. Dafür hatten wir immer ein süßen Katzenbesuch auf dem Balkon. "We had an amazing time in the apartment. The staff are always available and are very helpful. "This was a wonderful apartment! Lovely hosts who live on site. Gave us a welcome shot and beer and were very friendly! The apartment is walking distance down to the beach through a little forest hike which was very quaint! Loved it and the town and wish we would have booked a couple days. Only thing was check out was earlier than normal 9am...keep that in mind but I would recommend!! "

"Eine sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestatte Ferienwohnung. Die sehr lieben Vermieter wohnen eine Etage höher im gleichen Haus. Wir wurden mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Schnaps begrüßt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in der Nähe der Waldpromenade oberhalb von Opatija, einem schönen Spazierweg. Einziger Nachteil ist die schmale Straße, die zum Haus führt und in den letzten 50m sehr schmal mit Gefälle und Kurve ist. Die Vermieter fahren selbst einen VW Golf. "We stayed here a week and everything was wonderful. The apartment was spotless, beautiful, and had more kitchen appliances than my own home. The views are outstanding and it's a wonderful place to relax. The only downside was that the directions for how to get there were terrible, Google Maps thinks it's in the wrong spot, and we got lost for almost two hours trying to find the place. We called the local contact, but she only spoke German. If we hadn't run into Germans who also spoke English...

"We had a glorious two week holiday here. It is remote ( very quiet and rural) so have to drive everywhere but good beaches and towns 35~40 mins away. Rovinj and Vrsar our favourites. House is very well presented and spotless with everything you need. Lovely barbecue area with sink by the pool. Very clean and well equipped.
