This spacious holiday home overlooks one of the best beach destinations in the area. This holiday home is walking distance to Surfers Point and the mouth of the Margaret River, hence whether you are an avid beach goer or just like to take in the ocean views this is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The holiday home is conveniently situated very close to amenities such as the Prevelly general store, The Sea Garden Café, White Elephant Beach Café as well as The Common bar and bistro. The area is very child friendly with a park, including a children's playground, and beaches less than 500m away. The iconic Margaret River township is a short 10-minute drive inland.
This large beach house, comprising 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 lounge areas, can comfortably sleep 2 large families. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in robe and adjoining infant's room/study with a cot and desk. (The bath in the ensuite is not an operational spa bath). On the bottom floor there are 4 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, a room with 2 sets of bunk beds and another bedroom with two singles which can zip to form a queen size bed. There are two shared bathrooms on this level. All bedrooms, and the TV/activity room, have reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round.
The main upper level offers an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer and a large pantry/storeroom which can easily cater for large groups. The kitchen and dining suite are complimented by vaulted ceilings and light timber features throughout.
The main living area, with couches and flat screen TV complete with DVD, enjoys a breathtaking seascape across the Margaret River surf beaches. The west facing balcony is the main outdoor area which offers stunning views over the Indian Ocean and is also equipped with BBQ, outdoor dining and comfortable outdoor furnishings.
Downstairs is where the main lounge is situated with a wood fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the colder season. The TV/activity room, perfect for entertaining children is also located downstairs along with a large laundry complete with washing machine and clothes dryer. A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require more firewood during your stay, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Please note due to the close proximity of neighbours a 10pm noise curfew must be adhered to.
