"A lovely facility with sizable rooms, nice pool and delicious food. The service was not up to standard as at check in we were not informed of ANY house rules and it was rather challenging when we returned from dinner having being locked out of the entire hotel section and no security guard or assistance was in sight. "Previously I have been to a 5-Star Manor in Mpumalanga and amazing 4-Star hotels which I felt they standard was just 5-Star. However this time around my 5-Star expectation was not met at all. The rooms are nice and big - really that's about the good thing I can say. However for a 5-star and with the COVID-19 outbreak; I expected a bit of attention to hygiene however the cleanliness was not up to standard in my personal view.
