Came down to Pikeville to see Jeff Dunham's Comedy Show and had a blast. Motel is located just a few blocks from the venue, so it was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable too. Staff was very nice.

I always love staying at the Landmark! No fancy frills, clean rooms, good comfortable beds. There are food options nearby and the Mexican restaurant on the 4th floor is very good!

The room was great but there was a lot of road noise and we had to park in the back parking area and haul luggage quite a ways to get to an elevator. Just not the most convenient and no amenities to speak of.

The Landmark was very nice. The remodeling that has been done is of quality. Location was great and the town of Pikeville was charming.

FORGET THE TERRIBLE STUFF!!! Reservation cancelled by contacting Motel directly. (I was in hospital). Staff was very sympathetic/understanding, cancellation went smoothly.

The stay was very comfortable. The customer service was great, with everyone I spoke with. They are very accommodating as well. I asked for an hour earlier check-in, as well as adding a night to my stay and they were very nice about it. The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect location. Only negative is there is a lot of road noise. But I would definitely book here again. The price is great.
