There is a very large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area that is immaculately designed and finished.
A fully equipped kitchen contains everything that you'd need to make your stay perfect. It has all the cooking equipment and dining equipment that you'd need during your stay. An oven, hob and microwave mean you should be able to cook any meal you want! There is a lovely dining area where you'll be able to eat those freshly prepared meals. There is a kettle for preparing hot drinks and we include a small amount of tea and coffee to get you started, bring your own milk!
The main bedroom is very spacious has a large double bed and storage for your belongings. You'll see a lovely view of the marina out of the window, a perfect view to wake up to.
The second bedroom has a single bed, storage for your belongings and has an amazing view over the marina.
The family bathroom has a bathtub, over bath shower, basin and toilet and is really well decorated.

Preston City Centre is a 5-minute bus ride away from outside the apartment. UCLAN (University of Central Lancashire) is just a 5-minute walk from the city centre. Morrisons supermarket and McDonald's are both within 5 minutes walking distance, the Odeon Cinema also offers an in-house Costa cafe also within a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Preston is well connected to the M6 and M55 motorways.
Preston train station is a mainline station, meaning you can get to London or Edinburgh in a little over 2 hours!
