"The reception staff were beyond kind, which was an extremely refreshing greeting upon arrival, after having to leave our previous accommodation due to negligence. We booked The Boathouse Apartments, and arrived within the hour - and the staff had already ensured that all nuts, and nut products had been removed from the room (anaphylaxis) They were always friendly, the apartment was immaculate, as well as the spa, pool, and general public areas/walkways were spotless. "I was quite frustrated when I arrived as the photo of the pool gave the impression it was close to the sea and there was no mention of the hill you had to climb, I am diabetic and have a hip replacement but even my sons who are fit and in their 20’s struggled to walk up the hill, obviously the heat didn’t help. "Great staff & location , they were waiting for us at the airport with the boogie plus bringing our luggage in another boogie , a big plus to have this included with the room , the view from the balcony it’s amazing including the wild life, very convenient to have washer and dryer. "We absolutely loved our stay at Cooinda Gardens from 1st April until 6th April 2024. We travelled to Hamilton Island for my daughters Wedding which was on the 4th April. The views from the balcony were stunning as was my daughter's wedding pictures that were taken in the house and on the balcony. "We stayed at this alert ent before ,however it is starting to look tied Although the kitchen has everything The knives are not great and cutlery aged As is the worn worktop and old toaster . The tv and air con are great but the leather sofa has no support in the seating and feels like your falling through it . Not sure we would book this apartment again unless it’s revamped . The rental managers were great and supplied extra towels and shampoo ."

"Disappointing experience staying at this property. 10 mins prior to our 2pm check-in we received a call to advise that our room wasn’t ready due to a shortage in cleaners. The individual was unable to provide an approximate check-in time. I phoned back at 3:30pm and the room was still not ready. We were able to check-in at 4pm. This wasn’t ideal after a 8hr day of driving, and only a one night stay before continuing our travel. There was no discount offered on the fee for the night when asked....

"This was a beautiful property and we loved staying here. The views from our 3 storey villa were amazing. Kitchen was well equipped. There were a few maintenance issues which need addressing such as broken wardrobe drawers and a cover over the access to the workings of the bathroom spa which looked like a drawer and nearly landed on my feet when I tried to open it.
